Russia has shown over the last 20 years not to be afraid of competition, and I think what has been achieved is remarkable. So I think this is going to continue.
Where the state should remain, in my understanding – and we’re talking about this a lot – is in infrastructure companies. There should be equal access to these infrastructure capacities and this capacity should be sufficient. Private business can do the rest, and believe me, it will do it far better than state-owned companies.
We don’t need to increase spending at the expense of oil revenues, but to redistribute those resources that we’ve already got.
