This participation request form, once completed, is submitted as an application for consideration to the Organizational Committee of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Please, note that your application does not guarantee your participation in the Forum.

To apply for participation in the Forum, please fill out all the cells in the application form marked with an *. All application forms are located in a protected area of the Forum’s information system.
