Charity cruise "Russian Art" has started

Sea cruise "Russian Art", which is the part of charity programme "Golden Talents of Russia" has started on 1 June, International Children's day, as a part of XII St.Petersburg International Economic Forum. 

Children art communities and gifted children take part in the cruise. The aim of the project is to attract attention to the problem of keeping the next generation interested in studying the mental, artistic, musical and literary origins of  national Russian art.The cruise is held under the auspices of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation and Moscow International Fund of assistance UNESCO.

The head of the programme “Golden Talents of Russia” is the First Deputy chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on culture Elena Drapeko. The deputy head of the programme “Golden Talents of Russia” is the CEO of “Goskontsert” Konstantin Vorobyev.

The cruise is from 1 June till 5 June on route Stockholm (Sweden) – Copenhagen (Denmark) – Sassnitz, Rugen isl. (Germany) – St.Petersburg (Russia). A comfortable liner Silver Wind is freighted for the cruise.

Aboard the liner exhibitions of painting and children’s drawings, theatrical performances and musical evenings will be organized. Famous children and youth collectives will take part in the artistic programme:

 

 - laureate of all-Russian and international competitions Moscow Youth Chamber orchestra (artistic director – V.I.Vorona);

  - students of ballet school “Grand ballet” under direction of Honoured Artists of Russia Nikolay Tsisk aridze and Maria Volodina;

 - laureate of all-Russian competitions of folk art children folk ensemble “Zadorinki” (Dmitrov town);

and others.
