Results of the XII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

On June 8, 2008 at the press conference E.Nabiullina, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and V. Matvienko, Governor of Saint-Petersburg  summed up the results of the XII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. A very impressive list of participants: 12  heads of the states, about 1500 representatives of Russian and international business is the evidence of the XII SPIEF being one of the major events in the world economy.

In the framework of tne Forum programme 2 Plenary sessions, 11 conferences, 2 special working sessions, 13 round tables were held.

17 agreements to the amount of 14,6 billion dollars were signed.

The XII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum gave an opportunity to find new business partners,  exchange of experience, be engaged in a dialogue between internetional business an the government.
