Mr Rudd served as Australia’s 26th Prime Minister (2007-2010, 2013) and as Foreign Minister (2010- 2012). He led Australia’s response during the Global Financial Crisis, reviewed by the IMF as the most effective stimulus strategy of all member states, and helped found the G20. Mr. Rudd was a driving force in expanding the East Asia Summit to include both the US and Russia in 2010, and initiated the concept of transforming the EAS into a wider Asia Pacific Community. Mr. Rudd drove Australia’s successful bid for its non-permanent seat on the United Nation’s Security Council for 2012-14. Mr. Rudd joined the Asia Society Policy Institute as its inaugural President in January 2015. ASPI is a "think-do tank" dedicated to using second track diplomacy to assist governments and businesses in resolving policy challenges within Asia, and between Asia and the West. He is Chair of the Independent Commission on Multilateralism where he is leading a review of the UN system over the 2015-16 period. Mr. Rudd is a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School where in 2014 he completed a major policy paper on "Alternative Futures for US-China Relations." He is a Distinguished Fellow at Chatham House, a Distinguished Statesman with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and a Distinguished Fellow at the Paulson Institute. Mr. Rudd is a member of the Comprehensive Test Ban Organization's Group of Eminent Persons. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese, serves as a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University, and co-Chairs the World Economic Forum’s China Council.

Mr. Braverman was born on May 1, 1954. He graduated from Kharkiv Engineering and Economics Institute and completed graduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies. He is a Doctor of Economic Sciences and a professor. 1995–1997 – He served as president of the Russian Marketing Association. 1997–1999 – He was Deputy Chairman of the State Property Committee of the Russian Federation and then First Deputy Minister of State Property of the Russian Federation as well as acting Minister of State Property of the Russian Federation. 1999–2000 – He served as president of the Russian Marketing Association. 2000–2004 – He was Deputy Minister of Property Relations of the Russian Federation and a State Secretary. 2006–2008 – He served as Chairman of the Committee for the Development of an Affordable Housing Market under the Russian Presidential Council for the Implementation of Priority National Projects and the Demographic Policy. August 2008 – Under Order No. 1145-r of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, he was appointed Director General of the Russian Housing Development Foundation.On Oct the 2nd 2015 A. Braverman was appointed as General Director of Joint-stock company «Russian Small and Medium Business Corporation» (JSC «RSMB Corporation» ). From October 12, 2015 he is a member of the Board of Directors of JSC «RSMB Corporation» ex officio.

In 1998 graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in International Economic Relations. 1995-1999 – worked on tax issues in Russian and foreign assurance firms. 1999-2004 – Financial Director for organizations involved in specialized subterranean engineering and construction. 2004-2008 – Deputy Director of the President’s Expert Commission. 2008-2012 – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. 2012-2014 – Deputy Presidential Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District. He was responsible for coordinating the efforts of federal authorities in developing Kaliningrad Region. Since August, 19, 2014 – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. He heads the Russian Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Russian-Chinese Commission on Investment Cooperation. He heads the task force on the advancement of Russia’s economic Interests in the Asia-Pacific region under the Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration.

Ditrich Evgeny Ivanovich – first Deputy Minister of transport of the Russian Federation, active state Advisor of the Russian Federation, 2nd class. Born September 8, 1973, in the city of Mytischi, Moscow region. In 1996 he graduated from the Moscow engineering-physical Institute on a speciality "Applied mathematics", in 1999 – the Higher school of privatization in the specialty "Jurisprudence". In 1995-1998 - Advisor, Deputy head, head of Department State Committee of the Russian Federation on management of state property of the Russian Federation; 1998-2004 - Deputy head, head of Department, Deputy head of the Department for regulatory and methodological support of the Ministry of property relations of the Russian Federation; 2004-2005 - Deputy Director of Department of the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Russian Federation; 2005-2012 - Deputy head of Federal road agency; 2012-2015, Deputy Director of the Department of industry and infrastructure of the Government of the Russian Federation; 2015-2015, head of the Federal authority of transport oversight. 14 October 2015 - first Deputy Minister of transport of the Russian Federation. Awarded with the gratitude of the Government of the Russian Federation (2009), the badge "Honorary worker of transport of Russia" (2014) other departmental awards.

Liang Xinjun,is an Executive Director, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fosun Group. Mr. Liang was one of the founders of Fosun and has been vice chairman of Fosun High Tech since its establishment in November 1994. He is now also acting as a non-executive director and vice chairman of Zhaojin Mining (listed on the Stock Exchange). Mr. Liang is now China’s alternate member of Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Advisory Council (ABAC), a member of the 12th Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, executive vice council chairman of China Science and Technology Private Entrepreneurs Association, chairman of the Taizhou Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, chairman of the Shanghai Fudan University Alumni Association, executive vice council chairman of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business Alumni Association and a member of China Industrial and Commerce Council and Management Committee of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). Mr. Liang received a bachelor’s degree in genetic engineering in 1991 from Fudan University, a master’s degree in business administration in 2007 from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and a Doctor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 2015.

Jack Ma is lead founder and, since May 2013, has served as Alibaba Group executive chairman. From the company’s founding in 1999 until May 2013, Jack served as chairman and chief executive officer. Jack currently serves on the board of SoftBank Corp., one of Alibaba Group major shareholders and a Japanese corporation listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He is also a director of Huayi Brothers Media Corporation, an entertainment group in China listed on The Shenzhen Stock Exchange, as well as chair of The Nature Conservancy's China board of directors and a director of its global board of directors. In September 2013, he joined the Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences Foundation as a director. Jack graduated from Hangzhou Teacher's Institute with a major in English language education.

David Iakobachvili is one of the founders of the largest Russian company – JSC Wimm-Bill-Dann – the manufacturer of dairy products, juices and beverages. In 2001 JSC Wimm-Bill-Dann issued shares and successfully signed on the in the NISE. For more than ten years David Iakobachvili was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company. In 2011, PepsiCo bought the company. At present David Iakobachvili is the President of Orion Heritage Ltd, joint proprietor of Petrocas Energy Holding Ltd, and a Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sistema JSFC. He is a member of the steering bodies of influential Russian and international organizations. David Iakobachvili is the Vice President and a member of the BUREAU of board of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE), Head of RUIE Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility and Demographic Policy, Head of the United Committee on Ethics within the framework of RUIE, a member of the Task group of RUIE BUREAU of board on financial stability and economic growth. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ChCI RF), President of the Russian-American Business Council, Chairman of the Directors Board of RusBrand non-commercial partnership, a member of Coordination Council on protection of intellectual property, a member of the General Council of “Business Russia” LLC, and a member of the World Economic Forum in Davos. He is the chairman of the Target group on job creation, unemployment and investments into the human capital of B20, the member of the International Business Advisory Council (IBAC was created within B20 in 2015), a member of Association the French-Russian dialogue, a member of Advisory Council on food security, a member of the Presidential international Council of University of New York (NYU), a member of Bureau of Presidium of the Russian-Jewish congress. David Iakobachvili is a member of the Public Council within the framework of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, a member of the Public council of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal services of the Russian Federation.
