In August 2016 Silvana Vallejo Páez became Executive Director of PRO ECUADOR – Institute of Export and Investment Promotion. Under her leadership the institute produces policies and norms for export and investment in the country. Before her appointment to the institute Ms. Páez held the position of the Vice-Minister of Policies and Internal Commercial Sector of the Republic of Ecuador. An economist by training, she holds an MBA from the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE), Public Policy courses from Harvard Business School and the Catholic University of Chile.

Panina Elena Vadimirovna, Deputy of the State Duma, Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. In 1970 graduated from Moscow Financial Institute, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Active Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and Member of the Russian Academy of Engineering. Following graduation from the higher educational institution, she worked in the Ministry of Finance of RSFSR. In 1991 – General Director of the Directorate for New Forms of Cooperation of the USSR Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 1992-1997 – General Director of the Centre for International Business Projects. Under her leadership one developed the unique samples of hi-tech equipment and advanced technologies with no equals anywhere in the world. Since 1992 - Head of Moscow Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers). Vice-President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers). President of the National Research Institute for Economic Strategy (NIIES). Deputy of the 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th State Duma of the Russian Federation Federal Assembly. Jessie Carmelle Petit-Frere is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Executive Management Consultancy (CEO, Inc.), a multidisciplinary, privately-owned business consulting firm. She has been Servimedhaiti Executive Director since 2007. She worked for the World Bank Group, strengthening overall governance in the Education sector in Haiti. She also worked with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and Haitian Governments. She served from November 2011 till December 2013 as focal point for UNIDO and manager of one of the critical components of the UN's Delivery as One program and Team as Chief Technical Advisor/International Development Consultant of the national youth employment and entrepreneurship project. In 2013, she conducted international missions to negotiate Cooperation and Trade agreements with Vietnamese Government. She has a breath of professional experiences with leading international agencies, Government, Non-profit organizations and private sector. Her focus has been International Business and Development.

Sigfrido Reyes holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of El Salvador, and has two master's degrees. The first one in International Relations with a specialization in Economic Policy Management from the School of International and Public Affairs of the University of Columbia, New York; the second one in Financial Administration from the Universidad Tecnologica of El Salvador. Before leading PROESA, from 2011 to June 2015, he served as President of the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador; and between the years of 1996 to 2011, he held various positions in this institution, such as President of the Political Commission, Legislator for the Department of San Salvador and Member of the Foreign Relations Commission. In his experience in international organizations: from 2011 to 2013 he was Temporary President of the Central America and Caribbean Legislative Bodies presidents Forum, and from 2013 to 2014 he was president of the Latin American and Salvadorian Chapters of the World Organization of parliamentarians against corruption. In his career, he has also received several awards and recognitions from the governments of Argentina, Chile and the Central American Parliament.

Graduated the Radio Communications Department of Leningrad Higher Military School of Communication with a degree in Radio Engineering. Holds an EMBA degree from the Business School of Moscow State University. CEO of RTS-Tender LLC, First Vice President of NP RTS. Vice President of OPORA ROSSII, the national organization for small and medium-sized business support, member of the contract relations expert council at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, member of the commission on digitalizing acquisitions. As CEO of RTS-Tender and Vice President of OPORA ROSSII acts as a member of board of trustees in several companies.
