Herman Gref was born on February 8, 1964, in the village of Panfilovo, Irtysh District, in the Pavlodar Region of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. 1990: graduated from the Law Faculty at Omsk State University, specializing in Jurisprudence. He also holds a PhD in Economics. 1991–1992: legal counsel, category 1, for the Committee for Economic Development and Property of the Administration for Petrodvorets and St. Petersburg. 1992: appointed head of the Petrodvorets District Agency of the Committee for the Management of Municipal Property, St. Petersburg Mayor’s Office. 1992–1994: Chairman of the Property Management Committee, Deputy Head of Petrodvorets Administration. 1994: became Vice-Chairman and then Senior Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the Management of Municipal Property, St. Petersburg Mayor’s Office. 1997–1998: Deputy Governor, Chairman of the Committee for the Management of Municipal Property, St. Petersburg Mayor’s Office. 1998–2000: Senior Deputy Minister for State Property of the Russian Federation. 2000–2007: Minister for Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. Since November 2007: CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of OAO Sberbank of Russia. Awarded orders “For Merit to the Fatherland”, 3rd and 4th degrees, Order of Honour, order of Alexander Nevsky, the P.A. Stolypin medal, 2nd degree, the order of Faithful Saint Prince Daniil Moskovsky, 1st degree, the Certificate of Merit and Gratitude from the President of the Russian Federation. He was awarded the highest French distinction, and was made an Officer of the Légion d'honneur. For special achievements in the banking sector and his personal contribution to the development of Sberbank, he was awarded the Golden Sign of Sberbank of Russia.

Marc Allen is president of Boeing International and a member of the Boeing Executive Council. As president of Boeing International since 2015, Allen, 43, is responsible for the company’s international strategy and corporate operations outside the U.S., overseeing 18 regional offices in key global markets. His responsibilities include developing the company’s growth and productivity initiatives outside the U.S., forming new business and industrial partnerships, overseeing international affairs, enhancing Boeing’s local presence and providing global functional support. Allen reports to Boeing Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis Muilenburg. Previously, Allen served as president of Boeing Capital Corporation, a wholly owned Boeing subsidiary that arranges, structures and provides financing for Boeing’s commercial airplane, space and defense products. Prior to Boeing Capital, Allen served as vice president of Boeing International and president of Boeing China, responsible for leading the company’s business in China from its Beijing headquarters. Allen earlier served as Boeing vice president for Global Law Affairs and general counsel to Boeing International, leading the company’s international legal practice group from its inception. He was responsible for international operations’ legal issues, cross-border trade regulation matters, and international legal policy matters including the United States–European Union World Trade Organization dispute on aircraft subsidies. Before Boeing, Allen practiced law in Washington, D.C., litigating complex commercial cases for domestic and international clients. Previous government service includes an appointment as U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy’s law clerk, plus he has prior business experience in strategy consulting and start-up leadership. Allen is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Trilateral Commission. He sits on the boards of numerous global trade organizations, including the U.S.-India Business Council, the U.S.-UAE Business Council and the U.S.-Saudi Arabia Business Council. He is a native of Southern California in the United States and received his law degree from Yale Law School and his bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Princeton University, majoring in political science with a certificate in economics. Allen is married and has four children.

In his 29 years with the firm, Dominic has advised clients in a range of industries including banking, consumer goods, high tech and industrial. Prior to his current role, Dominic was based in Shanghai as McKinsey’s Asia Chairman from 2004 to 2009 and led the Korea office from 2000 to 2004.External leadership and authored works:Dominic is an active participant in international fora including Davos, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Les Rencontres Йconomiques d’Aix-en-Provence, the Asia Business Council and the China Development Forum. He has authored more than 80 articles on the role of business in society, leadership, financial services, Asia, history and the issues and opportunities facing markets worldwide. Dominic is a co-author, with Roberto Newell and Greg Wilson, of Dangerous Markets: Managing in Financial Crises (Wiley & Sons, 2002) and China Vignettes: An Inside Look at China (Talisman, 2007).Dominic Barton is the Co-Chair of the ‘Focusing Capital on the Long Term’ initiative along with Mark Wiseman (CPPIB) and Larry Fink (BlackRock). The initiative seeks to develop practical structures, metrics and approaches for longer-term behaviours in the investment and business worlds.He is a member of the Canadian Prime Minister’s Advisory Committee on the Public Service, is on the Board of Memorial Sloan Kettering, is Chair of the Seoul International Business Advisory Council, a Trustee of the Brookings Institution, a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board’s International Advisory Council, an advisor to the Asia Development Bank, a Board Member of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, a member of the Canadian Minister of International Trade’s Global Markets Action Plan Advisory Council and Chairman of the US President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa.

Arkady Volozh is the principal founder of Yandex and has been Chief Executive Officer and a director since 2000. A serial entrepreneur with a background in computer science, Mr. Volozh co-founded several successful IT enterprises, including InfiNet Wireless, a Russian provider of wireless networking technology, and CompTek International, one of the largest distributors of network and telecom equipment in Russia. In 2000, Arkady left his position as CEO at CompTek International to become the CEO of Yandex. Mr. Volozh started working on search in 1989, which led to him establishing Arkadia Company in 1990, a company developing search software. His early achievements include the development of electronic search for use in patents, Russian classical literature and the Bible. Mr. Volozh holds a degree in applied mathematics from the Gubkin Institute of Oil and Gas.

Carlo D'Asaro Biondo began his career as a consultant at Macfin Management Consultants. He joins KPMG Consulting Italy in 1994 where he becomes Chief Executive Officer France in late 1998. Following the sale of KPMG Consulting, he joins Unisys as Vice President and MD EMEA Telecommunications and Media at the end of 2001. In February 2004, he joins AOL Europe as Senior Vice President in charge of strategy. A few months later, he is appointed CEO of AOL France, and moves on to become CEO of AOL Europe in 2006. He supervised all the key transformations of the company's services. In early 2007, Carlo becomes CEO of International Operations at Lagardère Active Digital where he established and rationalized international activities of print, media and television assets of Hachette division. Carlo joins Google in July 2009 where he manages operations in Southern and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa for five years. Since January 2015, Carlo is President EMEA strategic relationships. Carlo has dual French and Italian nationality. He graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome (Italy) and lives in Paris with his wife; they have five children between them.
