In his 29 years with the firm, Dominic has advised clients in a range of industries including banking, consumer goods, high tech and industrial. Prior to his current role, Dominic was based in Shanghai as McKinsey’s Asia Chairman from 2004 to 2009 and led the Korea office from 2000 to 2004.External leadership and authored works:Dominic is an active participant in international fora including Davos, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Les Rencontres Йconomiques d’Aix-en-Provence, the Asia Business Council and the China Development Forum. He has authored more than 80 articles on the role of business in society, leadership, financial services, Asia, history and the issues and opportunities facing markets worldwide. Dominic is a co-author, with Roberto Newell and Greg Wilson, of Dangerous Markets: Managing in Financial Crises (Wiley & Sons, 2002) and China Vignettes: An Inside Look at China (Talisman, 2007).Dominic Barton is the Co-Chair of the ‘Focusing Capital on the Long Term’ initiative along with Mark Wiseman (CPPIB) and Larry Fink (BlackRock). The initiative seeks to develop practical structures, metrics and approaches for longer-term behaviours in the investment and business worlds.He is a member of the Canadian Prime Minister’s Advisory Committee on the Public Service, is on the Board of Memorial Sloan Kettering, is Chair of the Seoul International Business Advisory Council, a Trustee of the Brookings Institution, a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board’s International Advisory Council, an advisor to the Asia Development Bank, a Board Member of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, a member of the Canadian Minister of International Trade’s Global Markets Action Plan Advisory Council and Chairman of the US President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa.

Served in the military. 1994 – 1996 – headed Fineart-Audit. 1996 – 1997 – chairman of a regional commission on securities. 1997 – 2001 – deputy director of economy and industry department of Kaluzhsky regional government. 2001 – 2004 – first deputy of a state property committee of Kaluzhskaya oblast. 2004 – minister of economic development of Kaluzhsky region. 2004 – 2007 – first deputy of Kaluga mayor, then mayor of Kaluga. 2007 – May 2012 – deputy governor of Kaluzhskaya oblast. May 22, 2012 appointed deputy chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation. May 24, 2013 appointed first deputy chief of staff of the Government of the Russian Federation. Married, has two sons.

Kristalina Georgieva is the Chief Executive Officer for the World Bank (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association). Georgieva’s role is to build support across the international community to help mobilize resources for poor and middle-income countries and develop more effective solutions for the poor at the scale required. Previously, Georgieva, a Bulgarian national, helped shape the agenda of the European Union, first as Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response, managing one of the world's largest humanitarian aid budgets, and later as Vice President for Budget and Human Resources, in charge of the European Union's €161 billion (US $175bn) budget and 33,000 staff around the world. Before joining the European Commission, Georgieva held multiple positions at the World Bank, including, most recently, Vice President and Corporate Secretary (2008-2010), and from 2007 to 2008, Director for Sustainable Development in charge of 60 percent of the World Bank’s policy and lending operations.

Mr. K.V.Kamath is the President of the New Development Bank (Shanghai) founded by the BRICS nations in 2014. He is the former Chairman of ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank and of Infosys Limited, one of India's largest technology services companies. Mr.Kamath served on the board of Schlumberger Limited.After graduating from prestigious Indian Institute of Management in 1971, Mr.Kamath started his career with ICICI in the Project Finance division and was responsible for setting up new businesses such as leasing, venture capital, credit rating as well as handling general management positions. In 1988, Mr. Kamath joined the Asian Development Bank in Manila (Philippines) in their Private Sector Department.In 1996 Mr.Kamath took over as Managing Director & CEO at ICICI. The strategic initiatives and structural changes instituted by him across the ICICI Group have helped ICICI to redraw its boundaries and become the first universal bank in India.Rewards: Padma Bhushan, one of India’s highest civilian honors (2008), CNBC’s Asian Business Leader of the Year (2001), Businessman of the Year by Forbes Asia and Business Leader of the Year by The Economic Times, India (2007).

Cyril Muller joined the World Bank’s Europe and Central Asia region as Vice President on 1 July 2015.Previously, from 2011 to 2015, he was Vice President for External and Corporate Relations. Prior to that, he was the Director for Banking and Debt Management in the World Bank Treasury, responsible for modernizing the financial products available to member countries and providing public debt management advisory services. From 2005 to 2010, he served as the World Bank’s Special Representative for Europe, based in Paris. His main responsibilities were managing the dialogue with European governments and institutions. Muller has held a range of positions across the World Bank since 1991, with an external break in service from 2000-2005. He holds economics degrees from Neuchatel University in Switzerland and New York University.

The Chairman of the Management Board manages the operations of the Bank and the Management Board in compliance with the Bank’s Charter. The Chairman of the Management Board is elected for four years. The Chairman is answerable to the Bank’s Board regarding resolutions, organization of the Bank’s activities and the Bank’s performance. The competences of the Chairman of the Management Board are specified in the Bank’s charter. Dmitry Pankin graduated from the Political Economy Department of the Leningrad State University named after Andrey Zhdanov, and is a candidate of economics. He had professional development courses at Bocconi University in Milan and the City University Business School in London. In 1999-2000, Dmitry Pankin headed a department at RAO UES of Russia. In 2000-2003, he chaired the Board at the St. Petersburg Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In 2004-2011, he worked as Deputy Director and then Director of the Department for International Financial Relations, Public Debt and Public Financial Assets at the Russian Ministry of Finance, and then as Deputy Minister of Finance. In 2011-2013, he headed the Federal Financial Markets Service of the Russian Federation. In 2013-2015, Dmitry Pankin was Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation. On 6 February 2015 he was appointed as the Chairman of the Management Board at EDB. Dmitry Pankin was awarded the Second Class Medal of the Order for Merit to the Fatherland in 2007 and the Order of Friendship in 2011, and received acknowledgement letters from the President and the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation. Dmitry Pankin is an active First Class State Counsellor of the Russian Federation.
