Discussion
Pavilion H, SPIEF Presentation Area

The global market for electronic toll collection has been growing at an average annual rate of 9% since 2009, and is expected to continue to increase in the short and medium term. The use of paid services for car drivers is expanding rapidly in various Russian regions.
Should the government play a leading role in setting up toll collection tools and systems?
Do trends in the growth of toll collection systems depend on the development of the toll road network and road services? Is it possible to streamline payment methods for motorists, for various kinds of road services?
