Alexander V. Brychkin is the chief executive officer of the Russian Textbook Corporation. Alexander Brychkin graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He is the Candidate of Economic Sciences. In 2009, he joined EKSMO publishing team after a 12-year successful career in banking.
In EKSMO publishing house, he was responsible for the development strategy of the companies Natsionalnaya Knizhnaya Set JSC (Chitay-gorod and Bukvoed stores) and the Group of Companies LitRes. Since 2015, he has been appointed Vice President of the holding company EKSMO-AST for business development and investments; he is a member of the Board of Directors of LitRes.
Since DROFA and VENTANA-GRAF publishing houses joined EKSMO-AST holding company, Mr. Brychkin has been actively participating in the activity of educational literature publishing houses: he supervised the creation of textbooks in electronic format, initiated the participation of DROFA Publishing House in the project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation "Russian Electronic School". In 2016, he was appointed responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy for the development of the digital educational platform LECTA.
In 2017, he was appointed General Director of the Russian Textbook Corporation.

Oleg Evgenievich Novikov is the president of the “Eksmo-AST” Publishing Group and the “Russian Textbook” Corporation, member of the Presidium of the Russian Book Union, social activist and author of numerous reading popularization initiatives in Russia.
25 years ago Oleg founded “Eksmo”, the legendary publishing house, and in 2012 he became the head of largest publishing house in Russia, "Eksmo-AST". Nowadays "Eksmo-AST" publishes quality literature of all genres.
Thanks to Oleg Novikov Russian readers discovered the books of Zakhar Prilepin, Dmitry Glukhovsky, Evgeny Vodolazkin, Boris Akunin, Daria Dontsova, Tatyana Ustinova, Vladimir Pozner, Victor Pelevin, Paulo Coelho, Haruki Murakami, Stephen King, Chuck Palanick, George Martin, Umberto Eco, and Ray Bradbury.
Oleg Novikov also contributes a huge deal to development of educational literature. The “Russian Textbook” Corporation is a leader among other educational publishing houses by the number of state-approved textbooks. “Russian Textbook” publishes modern textbooks in both paper and digital formats. Among authors and consultants working on those textbooks there are academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences and members of other leading Russian scientific organizations.
Oleg Evgenievich Novikov is the initiator of the National Program for Support and Development of Reading, as well as a number of other projects aimed at reading popularization in Russia. On the initiative of Oleg Novikov and the Russian Book Union book forums are held in all of Russian regions. New reading facilities are opened all over the country — bookshops, libraries and many more. Oleg Novikov opposes copyright infringement on the Internet and advocates the creation of legal content on e-books resources.
In 2015, during the Year of literature in Russia, the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Sergey Naryshkin awarded Oleg Evgenievich with a medal for a special contribution to book business.
