The session will focus on unmanned technologies in growing sectors of the economy: the transport, construction, logistics, agribusiness, mining, and processing industries. The discussion will encompass land-based, underwater, and flying drones in Russia and bring together leading experts and visionaries in the autonomous technologies sector to discuss the challenges and opportunities in this rapidly developing sector of the economy.
What happens when a pilot goes remote, but the vehicle keeps functioning? We already have driverless cars and trains on our roads. When will machines replace us? Is this technology ready to bolster labour efficiency and productivity, and how far can this partnership between man and machine go? What public assistance is needed to develop this segment of the economy? How will the autonomous economy change the face of all industries?

In 2003, Alexei graduated from the theoretical physics department of the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, and in 2006 he graduated from the postgraduate studies at the department of General Physics and Wave Processes at the Physics Department of Moscow State University. Alexei has a PhD in physical mathematics. While being a post-graduate student, he was in charge of the project in the “Aktivnaja optika” company that manufactures high-precision optical elements for astronomical observations. In 2007 Alexei Belyakov started working in I2BF Global Ventures, a leading global technology investment firm. In 2009 Alexei became a partner and head of the Moscow company’s office, and in 2011 he was simultaneously appointed as the Investment Director of joint venture of VTB Capital - I2BF Innovation Partners. In I2BF Global Ventures Mr. Belyakov was responsible for making bargains in such areas as energy and resource efficiency, new materials, robotics, aerospace field. He played a crucial role in arranging and closing of more than 20 international deals, which were carried out in collaboration with leading venture (KPCB, Firelake Capital, Khosla Ventures) and strategic (BP ventures, Robert Bosch Venture partners, GE Ventures) partners. Two companies were successfully sold, one reached IPO.

Alexey Fetisov was born on May 24, 1984. In 2007, he obtained a Master's degree from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in the field of "Automated Design Systems."
Since 2006, he worked at Luxoft, where he progressed from a software developer to a global vice president of digital technology development. Alexey was involved in the implementation and launch of the ERA-GLONASS system in the software segment, participated in the creation of production systems for Boeing, was responsible for the execution of large-scale IT turnkey initiatives for Russian Post, Gazprombank, the Federal Tax Service, Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI), the Emergency Control Ministry of Moscow, DHL, and others.
From 2019 to 2023, Alexey Fetisov held the position of the head of the department of technological development for retail business – senior vice president of VTB Bank, where he was responsible for the digital transformation of retail business. During his tenure, he managed to completely convert all products and services of retail banking to proprietary software. Under the leadership of Alexey Fetisov, the "Omnichannel" program was implemented, which produced the greatest economic effect within the framework of the bank's digital transformation.
In October 2023, he was appointed as the CEO of T1 Holding.
