Local brands have enormous potential to become part of the international market. However, to achieve this, they need a collective strategy that aims to increase mutual trade turnover and not just export products. In world practice, successful infrastructure for small businesses has been created thanks to active support from the government, banks, incubators, and accelerators. Such resources help small and medium-sized entrepreneurs develop, take part in international exhibitions and fairs, and establish business contacts abroad. Can local brands become global ones? What partners does Russia need to increase mutual trade turnover? What support measures could support this growth? How should we design effective chains to produce and sell a fashion product based on partnership strategies with BRICS countries?
