Against the backdrop of large-scale tasks to transform the industrial sector, accelerate innovative development of the economy, ensure technological security and sustainable growth in the welfare of citizens, the vector for creating new meanings and consolidating traditional values based on the cultural and historical foundation of the nation remains important in the national policy.
