Digital platforms are creating a huge number of services to make our lives more convenient. Doing so, however, also risks creating behavioral addictions and unhealthy, unsafe online behaviour. Is this good or bad? Are we creating social addiction or social stability? How can innovative companies prevent the possible negative consequences of digitalization? What role do digital platforms have in society? What projects is big business implementing to simplify our lives, particularly for those in vulnerable social groups?
