The actions of grey market producers and the sellers of these goods are causing a decline in tax revenues and other payments to budgets at various levels, while also increasing the threat to the country’s security. What is the role of the regions in the fight against illegal trade? Do the regulatory authorities have sufficient powers? How can bona fide producers and legal online and offline trade be safeguarded?

Alexey Bobrovsky was born on 15 August 1981. In 2002, he graduated from the Journalism Department of the Modern University for the Humanities in Moscow. He has worked as reporter and host on the TV-Centre Channel, Channel 1, Radio Station Business-FM. Since 2009, he has authored and presented the Kurs Dnya [Daily Rate of Exchange] on the Russia-24 TV Channel, Head of the Channel’s Service of Economic News. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Internet site Vestifinance.ru. Since 2016, he has been General Producer of Vestfinance Forum – a new interactive platform, featuring Andrey Klepach, Boris Titov, Alexander Novak, Ksenia Yudaeva and other authoritative economic experts.

Sergey joined Ozon in 2021 to oversee strategic projects and initiatives tied to the Company's e-commerce development. A longtime civil servant, Sergey worked at the Russian Ministry of Economic Development from 2008, going on to serve as Deputy Minister from 2012 to 2014. Prior to joining the Ministry, he worked at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. In 2016, Sergey was elected President of the Alliance of Pension Funds, an association of non-governmental pension funds. From 2018 to 2021 he headed the Russian Association of Retail Companies (AKORT). Sergey holds a degree in Law from the Academy of the Federal Security Service of Russia.

Sergey Slipchenko joined Philip Morris International (PMI) affiliates in Russia as sales representative in 1994. He has further progressed through various positions of increased responsibility in Sales. In 2000, Sergey was appointed Manager Sales Development and Training at PMI Operations Center in Lausanne and moved to Switzerland.
During his next career stage, Sergey worked as Director Sales and Distribution at Philip Morris Ukraine where he later headed the Marketing function. In 2007, he returned to Russia as Director Marketing, and in 2010, he was promoted to the position of Managing Director Philip Morris Romania and Bulgaria.
Sergey was appointed Vice President Corporate Affairs for PMI affiliates in Russia in January 2015. In this capacity, he is in charge of Government Relations, Communications, and Public Affairs.
Sergey was born on January 18, 1971, in Moscow, Russia. He holds a degree in international journalism from the Moscow State University. In 2001, he earned an Executive MBA at INSEAD Business School.
