Programme

The Roscongress Urban Hub discussion platform is supported by the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Utilities of the Russian Federation. The entire business and communication programme of the project focuses on discussing the most relevant topics of regional development as visionaries of the future.
The main session, which spans the three days of the Forum, brings together all discussions from the platform. Speakers will include key partners of Roscongress Urban Hub and regional heads. Based on the outcomes of the main session, proposals will be made to federal executive authorities regarding changes to the regulatory framework and other initiatives.
