Programme

The acronym ITD has recently become a buzzword. While ITD most commonly previously related to a comprehensive approach to planning, nowadays in Russia it more often means Federal Law No. 494-FZ on Integrated Territorial Development. The ITD programme is a win-win situation for both developers and regions. Developers, acquiring land at auction, pay a “fair” price and get transparent deal conditions, while the region attracts budget funds to implement urban tasks. All regions and developers are now engaged in the ITD race. The best land plots are selected for the programme, mutually beneficial conditions are created, and all risks and opportunities are calculated at the concept stage.
However, since the ITD law is new and regions and developers are essentially experimenting together to find optimal solutions, they also face challenges. What has already been achieved and implemented, what risks await both partners, and what are the solutions? You are invited to discuss this topic with the speakers of this session.
