Professor Ivan Oseledets is the second most cited Russian mathematician and is among the top world citations. His work received international recognition and was included in the fourth edition of Golub and Van Loan's classic textbook on matrix analysis.
At AIRI Ivan leads a research team of 160 scientists and teaches at Skoltech as a professor. He is an author of more than 200 articles in leading international and Russian journals. He has trained 16 candidates of sciences and is a member of the editorial boards of international journals and conferences: Adv Comp Math, SIAM J. Sci. Comput., Area Chair NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR.
Ivan is a laureate of the Russian Presidential Prize in the field of science and innovation for young scientists, a laureate of the SIAM Outstanding paper prize, the Segalovich Prize (Yandex ML Prize), and the Humboldt Foundation Science Prize.
In 2022, Ivan received the title of professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Ivan actively collaborates with leading researchers around the world and has more than 70 co-authors, including professors from ETH and MIT.

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko approved the appointment of Igor Lyashenko as General Director of JSC "Grodno Azot", BelTA correspondent reports.

The Head of State noted that Igor Lyashenko is familiar with the work of JSC "Grodno Azot", as he supervised the company in a position of Vice Prime Minister and Head of the "Belneftekhim" Concern.

"It is a very important enterprise, a strategic one," said Aleksandr Lukashenko. - We have said repeatedly that there should be no vacillation at the enterprise because if, perish the thought, anything may happen, the entire Grodno will be affected. That's why there should be the strictest discipline. Not only technological, but also organizational. Take up for it. Let me tell you frankly: no one should have mercy or pity on for a breach of discipline there. If, God forbid, something happens, we will lose thousands of innocent people. Therefore, put things in order there."

Since May 2020, Igor Lyashenko has been the head of the representative office of JSC "Gomeltransneft Druzhba" in Minsk. He changed for this job from the position of Vice Prime Minister, which he was appointed to in August 2018. In the government, he was in charge of the petrochemical complex and industry. Earlier, Igor Lyashenko managed "Belneftekhim" Concern for several years.
