pavilion H, Krasnodar Region Hall

People must constantly upgrade and update their skills and competencies in this fast-developing world. Revisiting practical and economically justified approaches to enhancing soft skills in college is among the key objectives for the country, business and industry development. It is especially important to identify specific measures that will help improve the quality of higher education in Russia in the near future and prepare alumni for adapting to the fast-changing world. Are soft skills for the job market? How do they measure against successful careers and business performance? How do we evaluate if colleges are effective in soft skills development? What performance indicators need to be introduced in the education system? What methods and technologies help businesses/employers train and develop soft skills in the most cost-efficient way? What obstacles and challenges need to be overcome for using these skills in real practice? What can colleges, government and business do to help resolve these issues?
