Starting your own business is a painstaking process that requires a lot of financial and moral costs. Depending on the stage of project development, young entrepreneurs may face various problems: finding financing, building a team, lack of information and knowledge, and lack of a mentor. Experienced mentors, professional investors, and experts will provide practical advice on various issues to aspiring or current young entrepreneurs in the format of short consultations based on their own success stories. These consultations will cover a range of topics, from choosing a promising niche for their idea to team formation and business development. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with several mentors in a limited amount of time, ask their questions, and receive answers in a speed dating format. For effective participation in the session, it is recommended to prepare 2-3 questions for the mentors in advance. These questions can relate to an entrepreneurial project, business building systems, leadership development, business potential, external challenges, and internal barriers that prevent them from becoming successful entrepreneurs.
