Born on October 2, 1954 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Car and Road Construction Institute and the International Business School of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Took an active part in establishing and developing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which held its founding Congress on October 19, 1991. At the 7th congress in March 2016, he was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for a second term. The range of Sergei Katyrin's activities as President of CCI Russia includes effective coordination within the national network of chambers of commerce and industry of Russia, which incorporates territorial chambers of commerce and industry, associations and business unions. Establishment of productive cooperation with legislative assemblies and executive authorities at both national and regional levels constitutes yet another area of his daily concern. Sergei Katyrin represents Russia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry in major business unions where he is among the board members. He is a member of the working group for joint anti-corruption measures of representatives of the business community and government authorities under the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption and takes part in meetings of the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption. He sits on the government's Commission for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses and is a member of the Public Council for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, which works under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly. At the same time, Sergei Katyrin fulfils functions related to the international activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, being Chairman of the Russian chapter of the BRICS Business Council and Chairman of the Russian National Branch of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Business Council. In addition, he is a member of the Committee of the Chief Executives of CIS Chambers of Commerce and Industry. During the term of Sergei Katyrin’s presidency, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business.

Mr. Batalov was born in 1970 in Almaty. He graduated from Kazakh Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a major in civil engineering and has been in business since 1992. The Raimbek Group’s main businesses include the production of food products, retail and construction. Companies that comprise the holding manufacture products under the Juicy, Aynalayyn, Junior and other brands and export them to Russia, Central Asia and the Caucasus. Mr. Batalov is an active public figure: he is the Chairman of the Council of the Forum of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’s Business Council and a member of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan. He is married with two sons and three daughters. He enjoys cycling, tennis and skiing.

In 2003-2004 Rustem Khamitov was the chief of the interregional inspectorate for the biggest tax-payers N4, the head of the Biggest Tax-Payers Department under the Ministry for taxes and dues of Russian Federation. In 2004 Rustem Khamitov was appointed the head of the Federal Water Resources Agency. He worked as the deputy President of JSC “RUSHYDRO” since 2009. On July 15, 2010, Rustem Zakievitch Khamitov was appointed the interim acting President of Republic of Bashkortostan in accordance with the decree of the President of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev. On July 19, 2010, the deputies of the State Council-Kurultay-RB have approved the candidature of Rustem Khamitov, offered by the President of Russia and vested him with the authority of the President of Republic of Bashkortostan. Rustem Khamitov is a doctor of technical sciences on the problems of automated control systems. He is the author of more than 100 scientific publications. Rustem Khamitov is rewarded with the Honorable Diploma RB (1999), with the Honorable Diploma of Russian Federation’s Government (2004) and with the Gratitude of the President of Russian Federation (2008). Rustem Khamitov is married and has two children.

Mr. Yu Ping serves as Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) since 2003. Mr. Yu graduated from the English Department of the Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Languages in 1975. He later completed training in the advanced studies program in international trade at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In 2004, he received an MBA degree from Fordham after completing the post graduate course run by BiMBA and Fordham in Beijing. Mr. Yu studied literature and English courses at the Bayero University, Nigeria on government exchange program 1977-1979.

Boris Dubrovskiy was born on November 22d, 1958, in Magnitogorsk (the Chelyabinsk region). In 1990 he graduated with distinction from Magnitogorsk State Mounting and Smelting Institute named after G.I. Nosov; In 2001 – Academy of National Economy functioning under the RF Government aegis (“Enterprise and Organization Management”). In 1976 upon the graduation, he was employed by Magnitogorsk Integrated Iron and Steel Works (“MMK” OJSC). In 2000 he was promoted up to the Deputy Commercial Director and Equipment Department Chief consecutively; in 2002 Boris Dubrovskiy became a Technical Director and then Chief Engineer of “MMK” OJSC. From 2003 to 2008 Boris Dubrovskiy worked as a Sales Director both on home market and abroad as well as Executive Director of “MMK” OJSC. From 2009 to June 2011 he held the official position of the First Deputy General Director of "Research and Production Corporation "UralVagonZavod" OJSC. Since May of 2011 his career has been culminated as a General Director and Chairman of the Management Board of “MMK” OJSC. He was elected as a Governor of the Chelyabinsk region in September 14th, 2014. Between 1990 and 1993, he worked as CEO of Cukurova Agriculture Corporation. Mr. Meral worked as Managing Director in Kale International Trade and Transportation Company between 1993-99. Kale was the distributor of Samsung Construction Machinery, Forklift, Trucks, and Soosan Hydraılic Breakers from South Korea. Between 1999 and 2010, Mr. Meral worked as Chairman and Managing Director of Sanko Makina Company, a major manufacturer and distributor in heavy and construction machinery sector. Mr. Meral is still a board member of Sanko Makina. Since 2010, President Meral has been the CEO of Optigaz, which is an innovative company in the field of natural gas. Mr. Meral was the president of Business Life Cooperation Association (ISHAD) between 1997-2004 and the president of Marmara Federation of Business Life Associations between 2004 and 2006. Mr. Meral was also the president of Construction Equipment Distributors Association between 2002-2010. Mr. Meral has been the president of TUSKON since 2005.

On April 27, 2012 Vladimir Salamatov was appointed Director General of World Trade Center Moscow. Member of the Board of Directors of the World Trade Center Association. Since 2012: Chairman of the Committee on economic integration of the SCO (the Shanghai Cooperation Organization) and CIS (the Commonwealth of Independent States). Boris Titov was born on December, 24, 1960 in Moscow. He is a graduate of the Moscow state institute for international relations in 1983. In 1983-1989 worked for the foreign trade association “Soyuznefteexport”. 1989-1991 – chemistry department chief at the soviet-dutch joint enterprise “Urals”. 1991-2012 - executive director of Solvalub group of companies. 2001-2002 – the president of the JSC “Agrochemical corporation “Azot”. 2006-2012 – chairman of board of directors, general director of “Abrau-Durso” wine producing company. 2000-2005 – member of the bureau of the board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. 2004-2012 – chairman of the All-Russia public organization “Delovaya Rossiya” (“Business Russia”). 2006-2009 – member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. In June 2012 was appointed the Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneur’s rights. Member of the Presidential Economic Council since July 2012. Mr. Chereshnev has undergone many internships and participated in business visits to countries of Asia, the CIS, Europe and North America. Speaks English and German. In 2009, Mr. Chereshnev completed the Presidential Further Training Programme and in 2004, graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration. Career: Until the Ministry for Regional Development of the Russian Federation was liquidated, Mr. Chereshnev held the position of Counsellor to the Minister, in which capacity he worked actively on developing international co-operation and headed up a group of companies where he was responsible for management of the portfolio of businesses and real estate investments.
