Born 1954, M.Sc. (Soc.Sc.). From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Esko Aho was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Relations and Responsibility at Nokia Corporation. Before joining Nokia Mr. Aho served as a member of Finnish parliament for 20 years, from 1983. Mr. Aho has enjoyed a distinguished career, including the post of Prime Minister of Finland from 1991 to 1995. In 2000 he joined the Harvard University as a lecturing professor. Following the retirement from the Finnish Parliament, Esko Aho worked as a private consultant. In July 2004 he was appointed President of the Finnish Innovation Fund, SITRA. Currently, Mr. Aho is board member of the Board of the Skolkovo Foundation and Chairman of the Industrial Advisory Board of the Skolkovo Foundation since 2012. Mr. Aho is an invited member of the Club de Madrid, an independent organization of former heads of state and government dedicated to strengthening democracy. Mr. Aho is also visiting lecturer at Beijing University and Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy. In 2013 Mr. Aho was appointed as an Executive Chairman of East Office of Finnish Industries representing the leading Finnish corporations in Russia. He was also appointed to head the Business Team for Russia – the cooperation venture of the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce, East Office and the Confederation of Finnish Industries EK’s Russia functions.

Professor Katkalo (born in 1964) received undergraduate (with distinction) and Doctoral degrees in Economics from St. Petersburg University, and did post-doctoral studies at Haas School of Business, University of California (Berkeley). He was visiting scholar at several top European business schools. Professor Katkalo was one of the founders (1993) of the Graduate School of Management at SPbU, which he directed as GSOM Dean since 1997 and later as SPbU Vice Rector until 2012. Under his leadership GSOM became the first and the only Russian business school to receive EQUIS accreditation and to become CEMS and PIM member; the school has also received AMBA and EPAS accreditations. He joined Sberbank Group in December 2012 as Director of Sberbank Corporate University, 100%-owned subsidiary of this largest bank in Russia and Eastern Europe which now aims to become a top global financial institution. Professor Katkalo taught at business schools in USA, France, and Finland. His research focuses on evolution of strategic management theory, network organizations, advances in management education, and was published in 6 books and in international (e.g. Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Institutional and Theoretical Economics) and Russian refereed journals. Professor Katkalo is the Chairman of the EPAS Accreditation Board, and serves on the EFMD Board of Trustees and on Advisory Boards for HEC Paris, WU-Vienna University of Economics and Business, and Higher School of Economics, Moscow. He is the member of the Board of Directors for JSC Transneft. He consulted on creation and development of business schools in Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, and Bosnia.

Born 1974, M.Sc. (Eng.), B.Sc. (Econ.). Mr. Kari Kauniskangas was appointed YIT’s President and CEO in early 2013. Prior to that he served as Business Segment Director of International Operations since the start of 2008. He came to YIT in 1997, working as a site engineer and quality and development engineer until 2000. In 2000-2001, he worked for Sonera Living Oy as chief of a product group. Mr. Kauniskangas was director of the Oulu House Building unit of YIT Construction up to 2005, and director of the Business Premises Division until the end of 2007.

Alexey Rakhmanov was born on July 18, 1964. In 1986 he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2003 he graduated from the School of Business at the University of Chicago with a degree of Master of Business Administration. In the early stages of his career, he held various positions in the public and private entities. In 1996 he joined international auditing and consulting firm Ernst & Young where he worked until 2002. Between 2002 and 2008 he served as Director for Strategy and Business Development at JSC Severstal-Auto. In July 2008 he was appointed Director of the Department of Automotive Industry and Agricultural Machinery at Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, and in March 2012 – Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade. Since June 2014 he has been President of the United Shipbuilding Corporation. Alexey Rakhmanov is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University (SPbSMTU), Chairman of the Shipbuilding Industry and Marine Equipment Committee of the Russian Engineering Union, Member of the Russian Engineering Union Management Board.

In January 2014, Anatoliy Chubais was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of RUSNANO Managing Company LLC, which was set up within the scope of the OJSC RUSNANO Strategy up to 2020 envisaging division of management functions and possession of company assets. Since September 2008, Anatoly Chubais has headed state corporation Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies and, since it was transformed into an open joint-stock company in March 2011, had held the position of Chairman of the Executive Board of OAO RUSNANO. From 1998 to 2008, Anatoly Chubais headed up RAO UES of Russia. From 1997 through 1998 he was First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation and from 1996 through 1997 Chief of Staff of the Russian Presidential Executive Office. From 1992 to 1996 he was Deputy Prime Minister and then First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation for economics and financial policy. From 1995 to 1996, Anatoly Chubais was the Russian Federation manager in the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. 1991–1994 saw him as Chairman of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for management of state property, when he authored and co-ordinated the Russian privatisation programme. Earlier, in 1990–1991, he was Vice-Chairman and then First Vice-Chairman of the Leningrad Soviet executive committee.

Born in 1952 Krasnoye village, the Hvastovichi district of the Kaluga Region. In 1974 graduated from Moscow Agricultural Production Engineering Institute named after V.P. Goryachkin. On graduating the institute came to Hvastovici district of the Kaluga Region, where worked as a state farm “Hvastvichesky" repair shops’ chief. Since 1975 - Chief Engineer of the state farm "Shahtovsky" in Mosalsk district. In 1978 was appointed "Gruzdovsky" state farm Director. In 1985 - Chief of the Regional Agricultural Department, and a few months later was elected First Secretary of CPSU Mosalsk district committee. In 1991 was appointed Obninsk construction and industrial joint stock company CEO. Since November 1996 – Vice Governor of the Kaluga Region. November 12, 2000 was elected Governor of the Kaluga Region. March 14, 2004 was elected Governor of the Kaluga Region for the second time. July 22, 2005 according to the new order of forming executive powers of governmental authorities the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin introduced A.D. Artamonov’s candidature for considering of the Kaluga Region Legislative Assembly to appoint him the authority of the Kaluga Region Governor. July 26, 2005 the Kaluga Region Legislative Assembly deputies made up their minds to appoint A.D.Artamonov the authority of the Kaluga Region Governor for a five year term on a special session. July 26, 2010 the Governor came into office for another term on.

Alexander N. Shokhin was born 25 December, 1951. Graduated from the Moscow State University in 1974. Doctor of Economics, Professor. Twice, in 1991-1994 and in 1998, Mr. Shokhin held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. In 1991-1994 he also held positions of Minister of Labor, Minister of Economics, Chairman of the Russian Agency for International Cooperation and Development. From 1994 to 2002 – Deputy of the State Duma, with the posts of First Vice Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the Duma party bloc 'Our Home is Russia', Head of the Duma Committee on Credit Institutions and Capital Markets. Since 1995 - President of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics. From 2002 to 2006 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Investment Group "Renaissance Capital". From 2005 to 2009 – member of the RF Public Chamber. Since 2005 – President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. Mr. Shokhin is a member of several deliberative bodies under the Russian President and Government. He is also an independent director on the Boards of several companies, including ALROSA, Russian Railways, TMK and others.
