Member of the Global Board of KPMG; Chairs KPMG’s High Growth Markets Steering Group. John has extensive experience working with multinational clients in emerging markets, particularly Latin America, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by companies competing for new opportunities on the global stage. As Chairman of KPMG Spain since 2005 he developed the firm’s multidisciplinary and sector approach to contribute greater value to private and public entities, reduce risks, optimize regulatory and tax compliance, transform business models and anticipate change In Spain, his home for 30 years, John is a member of a number of foundations and associations, including being a director, and chairing the International Relations Committee, of the Spanish Confederation of Directors and Executives. He holds an Economics Degree from the University of Strathclyde and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland and the Spanish Official Register of Auditors.

Igor Vasiliev was born on May 31, 1961 in Leningrad. In 1983, he graduated from Leningrad State University and, in 2003, from Moscow State University. After serving in the armed forced from 1983 to 1992, from 1992 to 2003 he worked in commercial structures. In 2003 and 2004, Igor headed up the investment department of the Central Executive Committee of the United Russia party. From 2004 to 2010, he represented the Republic of Komi in the Council of the Federation. He was a member of the Council of the Federation Committees on the financial markets and money circulation and on affairs of the north and small peoples and was Vice-Chairman of the Council of the Federation Commission for collaboration with the Russian Federation Accounts Chamber. From 2010 through 2013, he was an auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. Married, with a daughter.

Veniamin Golubitsky is President of KORTROS (former RENOVA StroyGroup) – a development company that implements large-scale projects in the sphere of residential and commercial real estate. Prior to joining RENOVA StroyGroup, Mr Golubitsky worked for nine years in the authorities of the Sverdlovsk Region of Russia, where his responsibilities at different times included social issues and state property management. From October 2003 till May 2005 Mr Golubitsky was Head of Administration of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region. Other positions held in the regional authorities include: First Deputy to the Chairman of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, Minister of the State Property Management of the Sverdlovsk Region, Member of the Duma of the Sverdlovsk Region. In addition to his work as an official, Veniamin Golubitsky made a convincing academic career: having started as a PhD student at the Department of Administrative Law, Moscow State Lomonosov University, he later became Head of the Law Department at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Mr Golubitsky graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Moscow State Lomonosov University and is a Candidate of Legal Sciences.

Born in Moscow in 1966, in 1989 graduated Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography cum laude with a degree in applied cosmonautics. In 2008 – 2009 trained at INSEAD management school in Paris. Hold a post graduate degree in Economics. Works in construction since 1989. In 1993 founded Barkli, an investment and construction corporation currently one of the leaders in real estate development and construction market. Barkli Inc has constructed and restored over 300 sites in Moscow. In 2006 Mr. Kazinets has been awarded the Honorary Badge for working in construction. Social and political activity: - member of the presidential council for residential policy and living accessibility; - president of the National Real Estate Development Association; - vice chairman of the Public Council and the Russian Construction ministry; - pro bono advisor to the mayor of Moscow; - board member of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, chairman of the real estate policy commission; - leader of a commission for construction code simplification at the Agency of Strategic initiatives.

Born on May 29, 1974 in Leningrad. In 1997 graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Technical University; in 2000 graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the MFA of Russia. In 2000-2003 had been working in various positions (leading specialist, main specialist, consultant of the department) of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. 2003-2006 - Vice President of Investment Bank Trust JSC. 2006-2010 - Vice President, Director of Department of Renaissance Capital LLC - Financial Advisor. 2010-2012 - Head of Department, Head of Office of VTB Capital. 2012-2013 - Deputy Director of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Government of the Russian Federation. Since September 24, 2013 - Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Born: 1972 in Moscow. Graduated from the Economics Faculty of Moscow State University and completed postgraduate research at the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences. 1999 through 2005: member of the Supervisory Council of the National Securities Market Association, of the expert council of the Financial Markets Committee under the State Duma of the Russian Federation.2011 through 2015: held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of the National Association of Producers and Suppliers of Foodstuffs Rusprodsoyuz. June 2015: appointed head of the Autonomous Non-commercial Organization Russian Quality System (Roskachestvo), set up by Russian Government Directive. Is an active participant in many expert organisations, in particular Open Government, Expert Council of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, working group of the Public Council of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on foodstuff quality, member of the Commission for Supervising the Code of Fair Practices. Married with three children.
