Schugorev Dmitry. 36 y.o. Born in Moscow in 1978. At present time - a news anchor at Russia-24 news channel. Began his carreer as a broadcast journalist at ORT Channel in 2000. Has been working as a TV journalist totally for 14 years: ORT/First Channel, RT, Russia-24. In 2007-2009 was a host anchor at Vesti FM radio station. Filmed several documentaries, analytical TV programmes, made dozens of interviews with top politicians, public, financial and cultural newsmakers. Took active part in producing and airing the annual TV show with Vladimir Putin in 2011, 2013 and 2014. Was the author and host anchor of several projects at Russia-24 concerning the parliamentary and presidential elections, major political and economic events. Also works as a TV reporter and commentator. Every year takes part at the International Economic Forum in St Petersburgh. Fluent in English and German.

Mr. Braverman was born on May 1, 1954. He graduated from Kharkiv Engineering and Economics Institute and completed graduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies. He is a Doctor of Economic Sciences and a professor. 1995–1997 – He served as president of the Russian Marketing Association. 1997–1999 – He was Deputy Chairman of the State Property Committee of the Russian Federation and then First Deputy Minister of State Property of the Russian Federation as well as acting Minister of State Property of the Russian Federation. 1999–2000 – He served as president of the Russian Marketing Association. 2000–2004 – He was Deputy Minister of Property Relations of the Russian Federation and a State Secretary. 2006–2008 – He served as Chairman of the Committee for the Development of an Affordable Housing Market under the Russian Presidential Council for the Implementation of Priority National Projects and the Demographic Policy. August 2008 – Under Order No. 1145-r of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, he was appointed Director General of the Russian Housing Development Foundation.On Oct the 2nd 2015 A. Mr.Wang Linan is the first vice-president of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Business Club, the President of the Group of companies Hua Ren, the General Manager of International investment Hua Bao Co., LTD, and the founder of the Russian-Chinese cultural exchange fund. He was born in 1974 in Beijing, his family hold up both Russian and Chinese culture traditions. From 1992 he lives in St. Petersburg. Dr. Alfonso Vegara has a PhD in City and Regional Planning and he is also an architect, economist and sociologist. He is the founder and president of Fundacion Metropoli. Since 1997 he taught at the University of Pennsylvania where the scientific groundwork of the Foundation has been laid out. The Fundacion Metropoli portfolio of projects is well known as a number of projects based on a unique strategy in territorial planning have been executed around the globe. Applying innovative approach in creating new generation clusters and technoparks allows for improving the territory’s competiveness (as well as production capacities) and the competiveness through productivity and connectivity. Their sum allows to create further urbanistic and architectural decisions that can attract investment and sustainable development, as well as stimulate economic growth. Dr. Vegara carries out these multidisciplinary projects around all of the five continents. He consults the municipalities of cities worldwide and he’s an Advisor to the government of Singapore and cites like Yokohama and Bilbao. He is a member of the Jury of Lee Kwan Yew World Cities Prize which is equated to the Noble prize when it comes to the cities. Since 2005 Dr. Alfonso Vegara is an Honorary Consul General of Singapore in Madrid. Between 2002 and 2005 he was the President of the International Society of City and Regional Planning with members in 70 Countries. His ideas and concepts about the future of cities has been published particularly in the books “Intelligent Territories” and “Landscape Intelligence”.

Jay joined EY in 1985 and has extensive global experience. Prior to his current role, Jay served as Chair of the Global Accounts Committee, representing EY’s largest accounts on the Global Executive, and as Deputy Managing Partner for EY’s EMEIA Area. He has led EY’s Americas Tax practice and, from 1995 to 1999, led EY’s Commonwealth of Independent States Tax Practice based in Moscow. Andrey Nikitin was born in Moscow in 1979. In 2001, he graduated from the State University of Management (Moscow). In 2007, he received an EMBA degree of the internationally accredited Stockholm School of Economics. In 2002-2011 he worked at the RUSKOMPOZIT Group, unifying Russian biggest companies in the fiberglass, composites and geosynthetics industries. Andrey Nikitin held different positions at the group, since 2009 he became General Director of «RUSKOMPOZIT Management Company» OJSC. Since July 27th, 2011 he has been working as General Director of a non-profit organization "Agency for Strategic Initiatives" (ASI). Iwao Ohashi is an independent expert on the Russian economic and industrial development and international cooperation. He is currently the advisor on Japan and APAC for the Association of Industrial Parks in Russia. He also serves as the advisor for the Moscow Representation of the Japanese business association ‘ROTOBO’ and the moderator for the subcommittee on infrastructure development at the Japanese Business Club in Moscow. Iwao Ohashi’s main direction of work is to assist the infrastructure and territorial development in Russia by connecting it with the possibility to promote and attract foreign investments and technologies on the levels of the conceptual making and implementation. Iwao Ohashi was chief representative and director-general of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in Moscow for 1991-98 and 2001-2008.
