From 1986 to 1990, he was a junior research fellow, a research fellow and a senior research fellow at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of Scientific and Technical Progress under the USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1990 to 2006, he worked as a senior research fellow and head of the laboratory of the Institute for Economic Forecasting under the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 2006 to 2008, he was Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. In 2008, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. From 2008 to 2012, he was Director of the Department of Economics and Finances under the Government of the Russian Federation. From 2012 to 2013, he was Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Since June 24, 2013, he has been an Aide to the President of the Russian Federation. He holds the rank of an Active State Counsellor of the Russian Federation, first class. He is a doctor of economic sciences. In 2007, he was awarded the honorary title ‘Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation’. In 2009, he was awarded the Order of Honour. He is married with one son.

Born on October 2, 1954 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Car and Road Construction Institute and the International Business School of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Took an active part in establishing and developing the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which held its founding Congress on October 19, 1991. At the 7th congress in March 2016, he was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for a second term. The range of Sergei Katyrin's activities as President of CCI Russia includes effective coordination within the national network of chambers of commerce and industry of Russia, which incorporates territorial chambers of commerce and industry, associations and business unions. Establishment of productive cooperation with legislative assemblies and executive authorities at both national and regional levels constitutes yet another area of his daily concern. Sergei Katyrin represents Russia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry in major business unions where he is among the board members. He is a member of the working group for joint anti-corruption measures of representatives of the business community and government authorities under the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption and takes part in meetings of the Presidium of the Presidential Council for Counteracting Corruption. He sits on the government's Commission for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses and is a member of the Public Council for Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, which works under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federal Assembly. Andrey Nikitin was born in Moscow in 1979. In 2001, he graduated from the State University of Management (Moscow). In 2007, he received an EMBA degree of the internationally accredited Stockholm School of Economics. In 2002-2011 he worked at the RUSKOMPOZIT Group, unifying Russian biggest companies in the fiberglass, composites and geosynthetics industries. Andrey Nikitin held different positions at the group, since 2009 he became General Director of «RUSKOMPOZIT Management Company» OJSC. Since July 27th, 2011 he has been working as General Director of a non-profit organization "Agency for Strategic Initiatives" (ASI). The Agency implements comprehensive projects aimed at enhancement of the investment climate, the development of vocational education and supplementary education for children. The ASI also coordinates the National Technology Initiative — a set of measures to create fundamentally new markets. Alexander N. Shokhin was born 25 December, 1951. Graduated from the Moscow State University in 1974. Doctor of Economics, Professor. Twice, in 1991-1994 and in 1998, Mr. Shokhin held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. In 1991-1994 he also held positions of Minister of Labor, Minister of Economics, Chairman of the Russian Agency for International Cooperation and Development. From 1994 to 2002 – Deputy of the State Duma, with the posts of First Vice Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the Duma party bloc 'Our Home is Russia', Head of the Duma Committee on Credit Institutions and Capital Markets. Since 1995 - President of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics. From 2002 to 2006 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Investment Group "Renaissance Capital". From 2005 to 2009 – member of the RF Public Chamber. Since 2005 – President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. On graduating the institute came to Hvastovici district of the Kaluga Region, where worked as a state farm “Hvastvichesky" repair shops’ chief. In 1985 - Chief of the Regional Agricultural Department, and a few months later was elected First Secretary of CPSU Mosalsk district committee. Gruzdev Vladimir Sergeyevich – Chairman of the Executive Board of the Association of lawyers of Russia (ALRF). Born February 6, 1967 in Bolshevo, Moscow region. Born on November 1, 1964 in the Dzhambul Region, Kazakhstan, Alexander Drozdenko graduated from Leningrad Agriculture Institute in 1986 with a degree in the economics and organization of agriculture. He obtained a PhD in Economics in 2007. Between 1988 and 2002, he worked in various positions in the Kingisepp District of the Leningrad Region. In November 2002, Alexander Drozdenko was invited to join the Government of the Leningrad Region and appointed as the Region’s Deputy Governor and Chairman of the Leningrad Region Committee on State Property Management. In May 2012, the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region, on the recommendation of the President of the Russian Federation, elected Drozdenko as Governor of the Leningrad Region. He was inaugurated on May 28, 2012. On May 12, 2015, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree “On the Early Termination of the Powers of the Governor of the Leningrad Region.” Alexander Drozdenko has been appointed acting Governor of the Leningrad Region.

Rustam Minnikhanov was born on March 1, 1957 in the Novyi Arysh village of the Rybno-Slobodsky District in the Tatar ASSR.He graduated from Kazan Agricultural Institute in 1978 as mechanical engineer and from Correspondence Institute of Soviet Trade (Moscow) as a commodity expert in 1986. He is a doctor of economic sciences. 1978-1980 - engineer in the Saby District Association of Selkhoztekhnika. 1980-1983 - senior engineer and chief power engineer in the Saby timber industry enterprise. 1983-1985 - deputy chairman of the District Consumer Society Board. 1985-1990 - chairman of the District Consumer Society Board in the Arsk District. 1990-1992 - chairman of the Arsk District Executive Committee. 1992-1993 - first deputy head of the Arsk District Administration. 1993-1996 - head of the Vysokaya Gora District. 1996-1998 - minister of finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Sergey Morozov was born on September 6, 1959 in Ulyanovsk. After graduating from high school, he worked as a machine operator at a furniture factory. He served in the Pacific Fleet from 1977 to 1980.Since 1981 he has worked at the law-enforcement bodies. He graduated from the All-Union Legal Institute with a major in law. He worked his way up from a criminal investigation inspector at the district office of internal affairs up to the head of a special anti-drug trafficking office of the Internal Affairs Department of the Ulyanovsk Region. In 1995, he was appointed head of the Internal Affairs Department of Dimitrovgrad. In December 2000 he was elected Mayor of Dimitrovgrad. In 2003, Dimitrovgrad won a federal competition and was granted the title of the “Cultural Capital of the Volga Region of 2004”. He has twice been awarded special government prizes for achievements in municipal improvements.In December 2004 Mr. Morozov was elected Head of the Administration of the Ulyanovsk Region. On March 28, 2006, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Ulyanovsk Region approved Mr. Morozov’s candidacy for Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region as submitted by Russian President Vladimir Putin. On March 6, 2011, he was re-elected as Governor for a new term.Mr. Morozov has a PhD in Economy. He defended his dissertation on the subject “Formation of a socioeconomic development strategy for the region”.He is married with five children: two sons and three daughters.

Born October 23, 1954 in the town of Obluchye, Khabarovsk Territory. In 1977 she graduated from Ussuriysk State Teacher Training College, followed by the Khabarovsk Higher Party School and professional development courses at the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. She now holds a PhD in Economics. From 1971–1991, she worked as a teacher at a boarding school in Vladivostok and was involved in party activities. From 1991–1993, she was Vice President, General Director of the Maritime Territory Women’s For-Profit Charity Organization ANNA. From 1993–1999, she was a deputy in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a member of the Women of Russia faction, a member of the Committee on Budget, Taxes, Banks and Finance. From 2000–2001, Orlova was Vice President of ZAO NPO Krosna. In November 2001, she was elected to the Federation Council to represent the Council of People’s Deputies of the Kemerovo Region. From January 2004 to March 2013, she acted as Deputy Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. By presidential decree of the Russian Federation as of March 24, 2013, she was appointed Acting Governor of the Vladimir Region. On September 8, 2013 elected Governor of the Vladimir Region. She is a recipient of the Order For Services to Homeland of the fourth degree, Order of Honor, Order of Commonwealth, medal of the Order For Services to Homeland of second degree, a medal In Commemoration of 850 Years of Moscow, a medal In the Commemoration of 1000 Years of Kazan, the P.A.
