Paul J. Ingrassia, Managing editor of Reuters, is a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author who has written extensively about the auto industry for nearly 30 years. His third and latest book, published by Simon and Schuster in May 2012, is Engines of Change: A History of the American Dream in Fifteen Cars. It was cited by Bloomberg news and by the American Library Association as one of the most notable books of 2012. His previous book (Random House, January 2010) Crash Course: The American Automobile Industry’s Road from Glory to Disaster, chronicled the bankruptcies and bailouts of General Motors and Chrysler. It currently is being made into a documentary film. Mr. Ingrassia spent 31 years at The Wall Street Journal and its parent company, Dow Jones, as a reporter, editor and executive before departing in 2007. As the Journal's Detroit bureau chief from 1985 to 1994, Mr. Ingrassia won a Pulitzer Prize -- along with his deputy, Joseph B. White -- in 1993 for coverage of General Motors. The two also won a Loeb Award that year. Mr. Ingrassia’s broadcast appearances include Meet the Press, CNBC, National Public Radio, CBS Sunday Morning, ABC’ 20/20, the PBS Newshour and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. At Reuters, Mr. Ingrassia is based in London and directs more than 2,000 journalists -- reporters, editors and videographers -- in 200 bureaus worldwide. He received his bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was editor-in-chief of the student newspaper, The Daily Illini. He received his master’s degree, also in journalism, from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He is a native of Laurel, Mississippi.

Mr Rudd served as Australia’s 26th Prime Minister (2007-2010, 2013) and as Foreign Minister (2010- 2012). He led Australia’s response during the Global Financial Crisis, reviewed by the IMF as the most effective stimulus strategy of all member states, and helped found the G20. Mr. Rudd was a driving force in expanding the East Asia Summit to include both the US and Russia in 2010, and initiated the concept of transforming the EAS into a wider Asia Pacific Community. Mr. Rudd drove Australia’s successful bid for its non-permanent seat on the United Nation’s Security Council for 2012-14. Mr. Rudd joined the Asia Society Policy Institute as its inaugural President in January 2015. ASPI is a "think-do tank" dedicated to using second track diplomacy to assist governments and businesses in resolving policy challenges within Asia, and between Asia and the West. He is Chair of the Independent Commission on Multilateralism where he is leading a review of the UN system over the 2015-16 period. Mr. Rudd is a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School where in 2014 he completed a major policy paper on "Alternative Futures for US-China Relations." He is a Distinguished Fellow at Chatham House, a Distinguished Statesman with the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and a Distinguished Fellow at the Paulson Institute. Mr. Rudd is a member of the Comprehensive Test Ban Organization's Group of Eminent Persons. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese, serves as a Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University, and co-Chairs the World Economic Forum’s China Council.

Hang Lung Properties Limited, a company listed in Hong Kong with a market capitalization of US$15 billion. Founded in 1960 in Hong Kong, the company is investing in commercial and residential real-estate in Hong Kong and mainland China. For the year of 2014, Hang Lung Properties reported a net profit of US$1.51 billion. Following successes in Shanghai, since 2005 Hang Lung has been investing US$11 billion and building a number of world-class commercial complexes in major Chinese cities – Tianjin, Shenyang, Jinan, Wuxi, Dalian, Kunming and Wuhan. Mr. Chan has also co-founded the Morningside private equity group. In the past 29 years, Morningside and its associates owned and managed companies focusing on manufacturing, public transport operations, outdoor advertising, media, healthcare, online game operators, high tech and biotech investments in mainland China, developmental capital investments in Southeast Asia, manufacturing and distribution in Europe, and service industries, biotech and other venture capital investments in North America. In Hong Kong and the mainland of China, Mr. Chan is Chairman of the Executive Committees of One Country Two Systems Research Institute and of Better Hong Kong Foundation, Convenor of Hong Kong Development Forum, a Vice President of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, a Governing Board member of China-United States Exchange Foundation, an Advisor and former Vice President of China Development Research Foundation in Beijing, and a former Trustee of China Foreign Affairs University. He is a former government appointed Non-executive Director of Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. Founding Chairman Emeritus of Asia Business Council, and a former Chairman of Hong Kong-United States Business Council. He is a Court member of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a founding member of the International Advisory Board of School of Management at Fudan University, and a Trustee of University of Southern California. He serves on the President’s Council on International Activities at Yale University. He currently serves as Advisor on Strategic Development to Tsinghua University. He is a former Co-Chair of the Advisory Committee of the Center for Real Estate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a former member of the Advisory Council of Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University. Mr. Chan holds an MBA from University of Southern California, a Doctor Philosophiae Honoris Causa from Tel Aviv University, and honorary doctorate degrees in social sciences from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and The Chinese University of Hong Kong respectively. He is 65 years of age and resides in Hong Kong with his wife. They have two grown sons.
