Cutmore is one of CNBC’s most experienced presenters, with more than 15 years dedicated to financial broadcasting. He has anchored programmes for CNBC in both Europe and Asia, having spent a number of years working in Hong Kong. Cutmore covers the most important senior business gatherings for CNBC including the World Economic Forum meetings in Davos and China and the United Nations Climate Change Conference, where he has interviewed the world’s top CEOs, economists and political leaders. He has reported on the most important issues facing the global economy today and has also led special programming on Central and Eastern Europe, climate change and the global energy challenge. Cutmore is a contributor to business and finance magazines including the Economist, Investors Chronicle and Money Market. His first book on the markets, New Market Mavericks, was well received.

He has been as a Member of the Board of Directors at OJSC OC Rosneft; OJSC RAO UES of Russia; OAO Svyazinvest, Zarubezhneft, JSC Interregional distribution grid companies Holding (alternate name Joint Stock Company Russian Grids).Since 2011, member of the public council of the Federal Tax Service, Professor at the Higher School of Economics. Member or the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Public Council under the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

Before joining the MDM Bank Board of Directors in 2007, Oleg headed the Federal Financial Markets Service of the Russian Federation, a position he had held since 2004.Between 1999 and 2002 he was Executive Vice-President at Troika Dialog, Russia’s oldest investment company. Oleg has also held a variety of senior positions within the Russian government, including First Deputy Minister of Finance, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia, and extraordinary advisor to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.After graduating from the department of mechanics and mathematics at Moscow State University in 1974, Oleg successfully defended his PhD in physics and mathematics at the same university in 1977.

Oleg Deripaska was appointed as RUSAL’s President in November 2014. He oversees new development strategies for the Company. Since January 2009 Oleg Deripaska was Chief Executive Officer of UC RUSAL. In 1997, Mr Deripaska, then Director General of the Sayanogorsk aluminium smelter, created Russia’s first vertically integrated company – Siberian Aluminium (in 2001 renamed Basic Element) that later incorporated a number of Russia’s leading aluminium production facilities. In 2000, Siberian Aluminium became one of the world’s top ten aluminium producers.. Between 2000 and 2003, Mr Deripaska was Director General of RUSAL, which was created through the merger of Siberian Aluminium and Sibneft’s aluminium and alumina assets. In 2007, Russia’s RUSAL and SUAL and Swiss Glencore merged to create United Company RUSAL, the world’s largest producer of aluminium. In 2009, the year of global economic recession, Oleg Deripaska once again stepped in to head up RUSAL. Mr Deripaska graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Physics Department of Moscow State University and later received a degree from the Plekhanov Academy of Economics. Oleg Deripaska is Vice President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Russian National Committee and a member of the Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship Council which is a Russian Government Agency. He also serves on the Boards of Trustees of the National Science Support Foundation, the Bolshoi Theatre and the Schools of Business Administration of the Moscow and St. Petersburg State Universities. In 2004, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin appointed Oleg Deripaska as Russia’s Representative in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council. In 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Council’s Branch in Russia. In 1999, Mr Deripaska was awarded with the Order of Friendship. In 1999, 2006 and 2007 he was named «Businessman of the Year» by the Russian leading business daily Vedomosti. He was also named the Industry Ambassador of the Year at 2013 Metal Bulletin Global Aluminium Award for Excellence.

Alexey Kudrin is currently Dean of School of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St. Petersburg State University. Since May 2000 till September 2011 he served as Finance Minister of Russia. His financial policies received international recognition; he was named "Finance Minister of the Year 2004" by The Banker magazine and "Finance Minister of the Year 2010" by Euromoney magazine. In years 2000-2003 and 2008-2011 Alexei Kudrin also held the post of Deputy Prime-Minister. In 2005 he was awarded the Order of Merit for the Fatherland.Before joining the government, Alexei Kudrin worked for Saint-Petersburg City government, holding positions of Deputy Mayor of St. Petersburg and Chairman of the Committee for Economy and Finances.Alexei Kudrin has academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD in Economics). He is professor, author of more than 30 research papers and articles on economics and finance, delivering lectures in many universities and colleges around the globe and providing his expertise to the government of Russia.

December 1993 – elected to the State Duma; Member of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th Duma. Active participant in the drafting an adoption of practically all legislative acts concerning taxation and the budget, as well as the Law on the Auditing Chamber of the Russian Federation. Author of the Law on the Practice of Law and the Bar Association of the Russian Federation and a large number of other major legislative acts. Head of the working group for drafting the Law on Voluntary Declaration by Physical Persons of their Assets and Bank Accounts Andrey Makarov is a firm and consistent advocate of enhancing the role of the Russian Parliament as a branch of state power; he was instrumental in the drafting and enacting a recently adopted amendment to the Law on Parliamentary Control whereby the Parliament is given powers to exercise control of the budget regulations, including the control of the efficiency of budget spending.

Dennis M. Nally is Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd., the coordinating and governance entity of the PwC network. He has served as Chairman since 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Nally was the Chairman and Senior Partner of the US firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Nally has extensive experience serving large multinational clients in a variety of industries, principally focusing on technology and life sciences. Mr. Nally leads many of PwC’s corporate responsibility efforts, including involvement with organisations such as the World Business Council on Sustainable Development, the World Economic Forum’s Global Citizenship Initiative, and the United Nations Refugee Agency. Mr. Nally is also PwC's representative to the United Nations Global Compact, an organisation of businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption. Mr. Nally is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. He is a member of the Duke Kunshan University Advisory Board, The Carnegie Hall Society Board of Trustees, and The Business Roundtable. He also serves as Vice Chair of the US Council for International Business and on the Executive Board of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Sir Christopher Pissarides is the Regius Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics (the first and only Regius Professor of Economics in the UK) and the Professor of European Studies at the University of Cyprus. He also holds the position of Chairman of the Council of National Economy of the Republic of Cyprus on a voluntary basis. He was educated at the University of Essex and the London School of Economics (LSE), and he spent the bulk of his career at the LSE. Sir Christopher specialises in the economics of labour markets, monetary and fiscal policy, economic growth and structural change. He was awarded the 2010 Nobel Prize in Economics, jointly with Dale Mortensen of Northwestern University and Peter Diamond of MIT, for his work on markets with frictions. The emphasis of his work has been the labour market and the theory and policy related to unemployment. Prior to that, in 2005, he became the first European economist to win the IZA Prize in Labor Economics, sharing it again with his collaborator Dale Mortensen. He is an elected Fellow of the British Academy, the Academy of Athens, the Academia Europaea and several other learned societies, and he is a Lifetime Honorary Member of the American Economic Association.In 2011 he served as the President of the European Economic Association. Between 2000 and 2007 he was the external member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Cyprus, which brought the euro to Cyprus.

Mikhail Shamolin was born in 1970.Mr. Shamolin was appointed President of Sistema in March 2011 and previously served as President and CEO of MTS Group from May 2008 until March 2011.Mikhail Shamolin previously held the position of Vice President and Head of the "MTS Russia" business unit from August 2006.Mr. Shamolin joined MTS in July 2005 as Vice President for Sales and Customer Service, prior to which he worked at Interpipe Corp. (Ukraine) as Managing Director of the Ferroalloys Division from 2004 to 2005, and at McKinsey & Co from 1998 to 2004.Mikhail Shamolin graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in 1993, and completed a Finance & Management course at Wharton Business School in 1997.

F. William Engdahl is a political economist and founder of Engdahl Strategic Risk Consulting, providing geopolitical strategic risk advice to companies and financial institutions. He has specialized for more than thirty seven years in geopolitical analysis of global events, and is an American citizen living and working in Germany since 1985. Mr. Engdahl was a lecturer in economics at the Rhein-Main University in Germany and was a Visiting Professor in Political Economy at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He authored the international best-selling book on oil and geopolitics, A Century of War: Anglo-American Oil Politics, published as well in German, French, English, Chinese, Russian, Czech, Korean, Turkish, Croatian, Slovenian. In 2010 he published Gods of Money: Wall Street and the Death of the American Century and in 2013 a new edition of his best-selling Seeds of Destruction: The Hidden Agenda of Genetic Manipulation completing a trilogy on the power of oil, food and money control. His book, Target China: How Washington and Wall Street Plan to Cage the Asian Dragon appeared in 2014, and The Lost Hegemon: Whom the gods would destroy is due for release in summer 2015. After a degree in politics from Princeton University (USA), and graduate study in comparative economics at the University of Stockholm, Engdahl worked as an independent economist and research journalist in New York and later in Europe, covering the fields of energy policy worldwide; global trade; EU food policies, the grain trade; IMF policy; Third World debt issues; the politics of hedge funds and the 2007-2015 dollar crisis.
