Author of a multitude of documentary films: Secret of Three Oceans, Constitutional Practice, Duma Thinking, Right to Right, Heavy Oil, Another Coal, The Caribbean Crisis. An Incomprehensible Story, Nazarbayev’s Line, etc. Author of the books: Forgotten Allies in World War II (2012) and Fidel. Football. Falklands (2008). One of the main spheres of his professional activity is interviewing heads of state. In particular, in Latin America: Chavez (Venezuela), Ortega (Nicaragua), Correa (Ecuador), Morales (Bolivia), Sanguinetti (Uruguay), Bachelet (Chile) and so on. By order of the Russian President, awarded the Order of Friendship, the medals 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg and 1000th Anniversary of Kazan (2005). Was the finalist and winner of the TEFI awards many times. Speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Siegfried Wolf worked in Magna Company from 1994 to 2010, and since 1995 he held the position of Magna Europe President. In 1999 he joined the Board of Directors of Magna International. In 2001 Mr. Wolf became the Head of Magna-Steyr, Magna's European subsidiary. From 2002 to 2005 he was also the Executive Deputy Chairman of Magna International Board of Directors. In April of 2005 Siegfried Wolf became the Head of Magna International as one of the two Co-CEOs of the concern. Before joining Magna Mr. Wolf was employed by Philips, VMW (metallurgy industry), Hirtenberger AG (equipment manufacturing). In 2008 he became member of the GAZ Group Board of Directors, and in 2010 he headed the Board. Since 2010 he also heads the Board of Russian Machines. Prior to moving to Australia in 1991 with Bain, he spent two years in the UK in a senior sales and marketing role. Paul was the managing partner of Bain’s Australian business between 1998 and 2005 followed by a two-year posting to Japan where he served as managing partner of Bain’s Tokyo office. From 2008 to 2013, he was in the role of regional managing director for Asia Pacific based out of Hong Kong. He holds an honours degree in economics from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.

Henri Poupart-Lafarge is Executive Vice President of the Alstom Group and President of Alstom Transport, as of July 4th 2011. He was formerly President of Alstom Grid. In his position, Henri Poupart-Lafarge is a member of the Group’s Executive Committee and reports to Patrick Kron, Alstom’s Chief Executive Officer. Born in France in 1969, Henri Poupart-Lafarge, is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He started his career in 1992 at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., before joining the French Ministry of Economy and Finance in 1994. He joined Alstom in 1998. From 2000 to 2004, he was the Senior Vice President Finance for the Transmission and Distribution Sector. He was Chief Financial Officer of Alstom, and Member of the Executive Committee from October 2004 till June 2010. At that date, he was appointed President Alstom Grid. In July 2011, Henri Poupart-Lafarge was appointed President of Alstom Transport. He remains a member of the Alstom Executive Committee.

Alexey Rakhmanov was born on July 18, 1964. In 1986 he graduated from the Nizhny Novgorod Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. In 2003 he graduated from the School of Business at the University of Chicago with a degree of Master of Business Administration. In the early stages of his career, he held various positions in the public and private entities. In 1996 he joined international auditing and consulting firm Ernst & Young where he worked until 2002. Between 2002 and 2008 he served as Director for Strategy and Business Development at JSC Severstal-Auto. In July 2008 he was appointed Director of the Department of Automotive Industry and Agricultural Machinery at Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, and in March 2012 – Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade. Since June 2014 he has been President of the United Shipbuilding Corporation. Alexey Rakhmanov is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University (SPbSMTU), Chairman of the Shipbuilding Industry and Marine Equipment Committee of the Russian Engineering Union, Member of the Russian Engineering Union Management Board.

Born on 16 September 1965 in Belgorod. Between 2008 and 2010, Vladislav Soloviev was CEO of En+. Between February 2001 and January 2008 he was Head of RUSAL’s Finance Directorate. Between 2000 and 2001 he was Director of RUSAL’s Accounting Department. From 1998 to 2000 Mr Soloviev held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Tax Policy and worked as an adviser to the Minister for Taxes of the Russian Federation. From 1994 to 1998 Vladislav Soloviev held various executive positions in UNICON/MC Consulting with responsibility for auditing oil and gas companies. Mr. Soloviev serves on the Board of En+ Group. Since 2013 he also serves on the Board of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel. For three years he was Chairman of the Board of RussNeft. Vladislav Soloviev graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State Academy of Management and later received a degree from «Stankin» Moscow Technical University. He also graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and earned an MBA degree from the Antwerp University in Belgium.

May 12, 2014 – appointed the provisional governor of Krasnoyarsky Region by the President of the Russian Federation. During the election Viktor Tolokonsky was supported by 425017 people (63,3 %). As of September 26, 2014 – the governor of the Krasnoyarsky Region. Cavalier of Order of Honor, IV Class Order of Merit and Friendship Order. Awarded the medal for Organizing the Russian National Census, orders of the Russian Orthodox Church and an honorary badge for Public Acclaim. Recepient of the Russia’s Best Governor prize. In 1972 Mr. Yakunin graduated from Leningrad Mechanical Institute. He holds a DSc in Political Science. He began his career as Junior Research Associate at the State Institute of Applied Chemistry. After serving in the Army, he worked as engineer and senior engineer at the State Committee for International Trade of the Council of Ministers and Head of the Foreign Relations Department at the Ioffe Physico-Technical Institute under the USSR Academy of Sciences. 1985 to 1991: in diplomatic service (Second and later First Secretary of the Diplomatic Mission of the USSR to the UN). In subsequent years, he was Head of the Government Accountability Office’s Northwest Region Inspectorate . From October 2000: Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation. From February 2002: First Deputy Minister of Railway Transport of Russian Federation From October 2003: Senior Vice-President of Russian Railways June 2005 to 2015: President of Russian Railways Mr. Yakunin is Chairman of the Board of Trustees, National Glory Centre and St. Andrew the Apostle Fund; Co-President of the Franco-Russian Dialogue Association; Head of the Public Politics Department in the Political Science, Faculty at Moscow State University; Visiting Professor at Stockholm School of Economics; Doctor Emeritus at the Diplomatic Academy under Russia’s MFA. He has received a Russian Government award for contribution to science and technology.

Ruslan Grinberg was born on February 26, 1946 in Moscow. In 1968, he graduated from the Department of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1971, he completed graduate studies at Plekhanov Moscow Institute of Economics. From 1972 to 1981, he worked at the Pricing Research Institute of the USSR State Committee on Prices. From 1981 to 2005, he worked at the Institute for International Economic and Political Studies under the Russian Academy of Sciences, first as a senior researcher and then as director of the Institute from 2003 through 2005. He has been director of the Institute of Economics under the Russian Academy of Sciences since 2005. Ruslan is a professor in the Department of Political Science of Moscow State University, at the Moscow School of Economics of Moscow State University and at the Pan-European University (Bratislava). At present, Ruslan is Vice President of the Free Economic Society of Russia, a member of the Executive Board of INSOR, a member of the Expert Council under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, a member of the Expert Council under the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, a member of the Public Chamber of the Moscow Region, a member of the Scientific Council under the Russian Security Council, a member of the Public Council under the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, a consultant to the Gorbachev Foundation, the Editor-in-Chief of The World of Transformations magazine, Chairman of the Doctoral Council at the Institute of Economics under the Russian Academy of Sciences, President of the Kondratiev Foundation, President of the New Economic Association and a member of the Supervisory Board of Novaya Gazeta newspaper.
