Education: 1974 – Military Institute of Foreign Languages. 1991 – Russian State University for the Humanities. Professional activities: Mr. Shipkov began his career in law enforcement. From 1998 to 2000, he was a board member of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Fed-eration. In 1999, he was appointed director of the Personnel Department and a board member of the State Customs Committee and then worked in the State Duma administrative office. From 2000 to 2004, he served as director of pharmaceutical inspections at the Ministry of Healthcare. In 2004, he was appointed deputy director of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (Rospatent). He also took part in the work of a medicine licensing commission of the Federal Service for the Supervision of Public Health and Social Development. Since 2007, he has been the executive director of AIPM.

Tony Wong leads AbbVie business in Russia and the CIS countries as the General Manager since March 2013. Previously since the beginning of 2013 Mr. Wong held the position of the General Manager of AbbVie Russia and prior to it, since 2008, was the General Manager of Proprietary Pharmaceutical Division of Abbott in Russia. Tony Wong’s experience in the pharmaceutical industry of exceeds 17 years with previously held positions in Manufacturing, Finance and General Management. Before his roles in Abbott and AbbVie, Mr. Wong served as General Manager for Schering-Plough for eight years and five years as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in M&A and Strategic Advisory Services in Russia. Tony’s experience includes 16 years of General Management experience for three US based Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies. For the past four years Tony Wong is a member of Association of International Pharmaceuticals Manufacturers (AIPM) and for the past two years is a Co-Chairman of InPharma Association. Anthony Wong graduated from Columbia University with Degree in Industrial Engineering, and with an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University.

In 2015 Pheroze Khan celebrated his 20th year with Bristol-Myers Squibb. He has worked in various commercial roles at the Global, Regional and local market level during this period. Joining BMS in 1995 in Melbourne, Australia, Pheroze moved to the US in 2001 and worked in the Global Marketing team on our most successful brand, Plavix. He then moved to Mexico, to head up our Commercial activities there. From 2004, he was head of Strategy and Operations for our Latin America and Canada business, where he provided strategic input into the launching of many of our key brands in Haematology (Sprycel), RA (Orencia) and Virology (Baraclude) across the region. Since 2008, Pheroze has headed up various businesses as a General Manager. Firstly in Switzerland, then Greece, followed by India. Since 2014 he is General Manager of Central and Eastern Europe. This geography covers a vast area of the BMS footprint, including Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Greece, Turkey, Russia and Israel. Pheroze maintains a keen interest in Global Pharma policy and in various reimbursement mechanisms that enable us serve the unmet needs of our patients. Pheroze has a Bachelor of Chemistry degree and an MBA from India. He has attended the BMS executive leadership program at Colombia University, New York, USA.

Eric Cornut has been appointed Special Envoy of the CEO, effective 1 June 2016. From August 2014 to May 2016, Mr. Cornut served as Chief Ethics, Compliance and Policy Officer of Novartis, in addition to his role as Chairman of Novartis Group Japan. Previously, Mr. Cornut assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer of Novartis Pharmaceuticals and earlier, he led Pharma Europe. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer for Novartis Netherlands and Novartis France. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cornut played a key role in the merger of Ciba-Geigy and Sandoz. Mr. Cornut has a Doctoral degree in Law from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and a Master of Law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in the United States.

In 1994, Mr. Panikashvili established the Pharm Tamda 77 pharmaceutical company, which merged with Rossib Pharmacy in 2002 under the ROSTA brand. Olivier Charmeil is a graduate of HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Bank of the European Union, from 1989 to 1994. He then joined Sanofi Pharma in 1994 as head of Business Development. Subsequently, he held various positions within the Group, including Head of the Sanofi Operations in France and Vice President Development, within the Sanofi-Synthélabo International Operations team, where he was responsible for China and support functions. He was appointed to Senior Vice President, Asia/Pacific & Japan, Pharmaceutical Operations, in February 2006. Olivier Charmeil became President & CEO, Sanofi Pasteur, on January 2011. He is a member of the Sanofi Executive Committee.
