Andrew Chakhoyan joined the World Economic Forum in 2012 as a Global Leadership Fellow, and currently leads the Eurasia Team, which oversees government relations and wider constituency engagement in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. His prior assignment was a Deputy Country Director at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (www.mcc.gov) where he was responsible for the implementation of a multi-million dollar infrastructure rehabilitation project in Moldova. Before his posting in Chisinau, Andrew worked on MCC projects in Armenia, Mongolia, Ghana, Honduras, and Morocco. Prior to joining MCC in 2006, he managed a portfolio of technology commercialization grants at CRDF Global – a non-profit foundation – which facilitated scientific collaboration between USA and countries in the Eurasia region. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Carlos Creus Moreira, Spanish-born, Swiss national, began his career asa UN expert on IT, eSecurity and Trust Models, working for ILO, UN, UNCTAD, ITC/WTO, World Bank, UNDP, ESCAP from 1983 to 1998. A recognized early stage pioneer in the field of digital identity, he was also Adjunct Professor of the Graduate School of Engineering Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999 as well as Head of the Trade Efficiency Lab at the Graduate School of Engineering at RMIT.In 1999, he founded the Geneva-based online data security firm WISeKey SA, where he currently serves as Chairman and CEO. Mr Moreira’s unique profile, which combines extensive high level international diplomacy experience and emerging technologies expertise, has positioned him as a distinctive authority, thought leader, and entrepreneurial force in today’s digital world where the acquisition and trusted protection of a digital identity has become an essential step for citizens and entities across the globe. Andrey Nikitin was born in Moscow in 1979. In 2001, he graduated from the State University of Management (Moscow). In 2007, he received an EMBA degree of the internationally accredited Stockholm School of Economics. In 2002-2011 he worked at the RUSKOMPOZIT Group, unifying Russian biggest companies in the fiberglass, composites and geosynthetics industries. Andrey Nikitin held different positions at the group, since 2009 he became General Director of «RUSKOMPOZIT Management Company» OJSC. Since July 27th, 2011 he has been working as General Director of a non-profit organization "Agency for Strategic Initiatives" (ASI). The Agency implements comprehensive projects aimed at enhancement of the investment climate, the development of vocational education and supplementary education for children. The ASI also coordinates the National Technology Initiative — a set of measures to create fundamentally new markets. Hanna Aase is revolutionizing social networking by creating the world’s first video-profile identity platform. She started her own social media advisory company at age 24 that brought steady business from 200 companies and government departments and establishing her as a global expert in the industry. Aase participates in the world's leading technology and philanthropy networks and is recognized as a creative leader within consumer technology and social change. She is known for being one of the few female founders in technology. Aase is based between Norway and Silicon Valley, California.

Sergey Solonin was born on November 28, 1973 in Moscow. Currently he holds positions of CEO of The FinTech Association, co-head of the working group FINNET (Agency for Strategic Initiatives), CEO of QIWI Group. Mr. Solonin has been actively participating in the financial and technological development of Russia, occupying key positions in organizations whose activities are aimed at creating and maintaining a high-tech environment for the functioning of business and government institutions. Also his activity focuses on the development of new educational initiatives and institutions in Russia, providing systematic investment support for federal projects in the development of modern alternative education. For example, Mr. Solonin is a co-investor of the Creative Thinking School of ICRA, the British Higher School of Design, the Moscow Film School, the School of computer technologies — Scream School, the MARCH Architectural School, and the founder of the Center for the Promotion of Innovations in Education. Education: 1996 - Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, majoring in Finance and Credit. 2012 - certificate of completion of the Stanford Executive Program. Boris Titov was born on December, 24, 1960 in Moscow. He is a graduate of the Moscow state institute for international relations in 1983. In 1983-1989 worked for the foreign trade association “Soyuznefteexport”. 1989-1991 – chemistry department chief at the soviet-dutch joint enterprise “Urals”. 1991-2012 - executive director of Solvalub group of companies. 2001-2002 – the president of the JSC “Agrochemical corporation “Azot”. 2006-2012 – chairman of board of directors, general director of “Abrau-Durso” wine producing company. 2000-2005 – member of the bureau of the board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. 2004-2012 – chairman of the All-Russia public organization “Delovaya Rossiya” (“Business Russia”). 2006-2009 – member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. In June 2012 was appointed the Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneur’s rights. Member of the Presidential Economic Council since July 2012. Chairman and Managing Partner, KPMG in Russia and the CIS, Member of the KPMG Global Board and the Board of KPMG in Europe, the Middle East and Africa Oleg joined KPMG in Moscow in 1997. Since 1 October 2012, Oleg acts as Chairman and Managing Partner of KPMG in Russia and the CIS. Prior to this appointment, Oleg was CIS Head of Audit. Under Oleg KPMG's Audit practice became the biggest in the Russian market. Oleg is as a member of KPMG's Global Board and Global Council, as well as of the Board of KPMG in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Oleg has extensive experience with companies in various sectors of the economy. He has actively assisted in a number of IPOs by large Russian groups on international and Russian stock exchanges, in major mergers and acquisitions, as well as complex restructuring cases. Oleg is a member of the Board of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), of the U.S.-Russia Business Council Board and as well as a Supervisory Board Member of The National Coordination Council for Development of Economic Relations with the Asia-Pacific Region.

Alexander is the leader of EY Russia. He is actively involved in the work of the Foreign Investment Advisory Council in Russia. At the 2007 World Economic Forum, Alexander was entered in the list of Young Global Leaders, and in 2009 he was included in the top 100 young leaders in the Russian Presidential Reserve. He is vice president of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Russia. Alexander is a member of the Expert Council of the Open Innovations Forum, the Executive Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, the Organizing Committee of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the Public Council of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. He leads the National Business Initiative’s road map Improving the quality of the regulatory environment for business. Alexander supervises the Entrepreneur of the Year program in Russia. Alexander has over twenty years of experience in strategic development, client service and government and corporate affairs. He is a graduate of Moscow State Linguistic University (1991) and has an EMBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2003).

Michael started working in Moscow in 1994 as one of the managers of the First NIS Regional Fund (NIS Fund) and founded Baring Vostok in 1997 to serve as investment advisor for the NIS Fund and subsequent Baring Vostok funds. He is currently chairman of the investment committees of all of the Baring Vostok funds and is on the Boards of Directors of Kaspi Bank, TCS Bank, Orient Express Bank, Etalon and Volga Gas. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Baring Private Equity International and is on the investment committees of Baring Asia and Baring India. Before joining Baring Vostok, Michael lived in London and New York, where he worked mainly on oil and gas investment projects for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Salomon Brothers. At EBRD he was responsible for investments in the energy sector in Central and Eastern Europe. At Salomon Brothers Michael worked on mergers and acquisitions in the oil and gas industry. Michael has a Master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Oklahoma University. Michael is also on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Council and the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association.

Marina Kolesnik is the founder and CEO of Oktogo.ru, a leading Russian online hotel reservations agency. Oktogo owns Travel.ru, the Russian online travel portal. Prior to Oktogo, Marina was a Senior Vice President in charge of travel & hospitality practice at DataArt and before that she was a consultant at McKinsey. Launched in 2010, Oktogo.ru raised $35 million in venture capital from VTB Capital, MCI Capital, Mangrove Capital Partners, Ventech, VEB Innovations and others. Marina Kolesnik has a Harvard MBA and is a Young Global Leader. A native of St. Petersburg, Russia, she is a passionate global traveler.

Dmitry Korobkov (born 26 January 1969; Moscow) is an angel investor, primarily interested in marketing and advertising technologies (MAdTech), as well as Big Data and AI; his list of investments includes companies, funds and accelerators in Silicon Valley and UK. Founder and Chairman of ADV – marketing communications group representing Havas and Interpublic Group of Companies in Russia. Dmitry is an alumni of Moscow State Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a degree in marketing, history and economics. He speaks three languages, among which are English, German and French. In 2007 he opened “ADV – Marketing Communications” academic department in association with MGIMO, where he is still Head of Department. In 2016 he initiated the first MAdTech Contest in Russia “Go to AdTech”. Married, has five children.

Has 19 years of experience in finance both in Russia and worldwide, including most recently: in 2001 becomes vice-president of Delta Capital and later becomes President of Delta Credit, a mortgage bank that currently holds one of the leading positions on the Russian mortgage market. In 2003 together with Rosgosstrakh Insurance creates Gorodskoi Ipotechni Bank that quickly becomes one of market leaders with branches in 23 regions of Russia. In 2006 the bank placed RMBS on both European and American markets. Between 2006 and 2010 the bank was a part of Morgan Stanley network. In 2008 was awarded the best Mortgage Bank in Russia. Between 2003 and 2010 Chitov is CEO, President and board member for Gorodskoi Ipotechni Bank. As of December 22, 2011 is CEO of Bank Zhilishnogo Finansirovaniya in charge of strategy and corporate management as well as attracting financing for the bank. In 2007 and 2013 was included into Russia’s Best Managers list, in 2008 named the most open commercial bank president. Took part in drafting the mortgage law of Russia. Currently acts chairman of Rossiya regional bank association committee for mortgage development. Known for development of both practice and theory of mortgage in Russia.
