Holds a PhD in Economics. • Since 1998 held a number of posts in the Government of the Russian Federation, serving as Deputy Prime Minister, First Deputy Prime Minister. • 2004-2008 – Minister of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation. • 2008-2011 – Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. • On February 1, 2012 was appointed Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. The Chairman of the EEC Board organizes the activities of the Commission Board and bears responsibility for the exercise of its functions.

Graduated from Moscow financial institute, faculty of the international economic relations.Member of the Board (Minister) at the Eurasian Economic Commission, responsible for the development of the integration and macroeconomics. The main objective of the Eurasian Economic Commission (permanent regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), including Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia) is to ensure functioning and development of the EAEU, to prepare proposals for its further integration.Prior to her cabinet appointment (from the period of October 2001 till February 2012) Tatiana Valovaya was the Head of the Department of the International Cooperation of the Government of the Russian Federation. Till 2002 he worked as the member of Supreme Economic Council under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, served as Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning, First Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2002 to 2006 served as Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2006 to 2008 served as CEO of Kazyna Sustainable Development Fund (the state institutions of development). In January 2008 appointed as Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then since 2008 to 2011 - CEO of Sovereign Wealth Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC. Since April 2011 to January 2012 served as Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In January 2012 was appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Under Kelimbetov’s governance are the issues of macroeconomics, budget policy, governing of state companies and finance sector, tax and custom regulations and etc. Education: has graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and Georgetown University (USA).

Alexander N. Shokhin was born 25 December, 1951. Graduated from the Moscow State University in 1974. Doctor of Economics, Professor. Twice, in 1991-1994 and in 1998, Mr. Shokhin held the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. In 1991-1994 he also held positions of Minister of Labor, Minister of Economics, Chairman of the Russian Agency for International Cooperation and Development. From 1994 to 2002 – Deputy of the State Duma, with the posts of First Vice Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the Duma party bloc 'Our Home is Russia', Head of the Duma Committee on Credit Institutions and Capital Markets. Since 1995 - President of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics. From 2002 to 2006 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Investment Group "Renaissance Capital".
