Dmitry Repin is a CEO of New Professions Lab (newprolab.com), a technology education startup focused on professional education for new and emerging technology professions. Dmitry Repin is also in charge of Digital October (digitaloctober.com), a center for new technology and technology entrepreneurship in Moscow, Russia since its inception in 2010. Dmitry has a BS in physics from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute and a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Boston University. He also worked as a Senior Researcher at MIT Sloan School. Currently, Dr. Repin is also an invited Professor of Entrepreneurship at the New Economic School and a Board Member at several private technology companies. Dmitry Repin is a licensed sailing captain with over 7000 nautical miles sailed in the past 7 years. In 2007, he created eXtrepreneurship, a unique program, where he teaches entrepreneurship aboard a sailboat. In 2012, Dmitry has received Global Business Leader of the Year award from Horasis Forum in Luxembourg.

Sergey Beloussov is entrepreneur businessman and executive with more than 20 years’ experience of creating, developing and managing transnational companies involved in the IT sector in North America, Europe and Asia. He is Doctor Honoris Causa of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He received a Bachelor’s degree in physics, a Master’s degree with distinction in physics and electrical engineering, Candidate of Science degree in information technologies from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and holds more than 100 patents. Sergey Beloussov currently serves as General Director at Acronis, a leading provider of new generation data protection solutions: backup, crash data recovery and secure access systems. Acronis data backup software helps enhance the security and accessibility of servers and data. Acronis solutions are built upon 15 years of research and development and are available in more than 130 countries, are translated into 14 languages. Acronis products are used by more than 5 million end users and over 300,000 corporate customers. From 2000 to 2011, Sergey Beloussov served as General Director of Parallels, a global leader in development of virtualization and automation software for individual and corporate users and service providers. He became Chairman of the Board of Parallels in 2000. In 2010, he founded Runa Capital, a venture capital firm, where he is now a senior partner. Mr. Beloussov supports innovation and advancement of science and education. He is the founder of QWave Capital, a VC firm, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russian Quantum Centre, board member of the Singapore Centre for Quantum Technologies, member of the Advisory Council of Innopolis University and member of the Supervisory Board of Novosibirsk State University.

Rafael Reif has served as director of MIT's Microsystems Technology Laboratories, as associate department head for Electrical Engineering in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). He played a key role in creating the national effort now known as the Focus Center Research Program and in launching its Interconnect Focus Center. He is the inventor or co-inventor on 15 patents, has edited or co-edited five books and has supervised 38 doctoral theses. In 1993, he was named a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He received the 2000 Aristotle Award for "his commitment to the educational experience of SRC students and the profound and continuing impact he has had on their professional careers." He is a member of Tau Beta Pi, the Electrochemical Society and the IEEE. He received the degree of Ingeniero Electrico from Universidad de Carabobo, Valencia, Venezuela, and served for a year as an assistant professor at Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas. He earned his doctorate in electrical engineering from Stanford University. Dr. Reif held the Analog Devices Career Development Professorship in the EECS Department and an IBM Faculty Fellowship from MIT's Center for Materials Science and Engineering. He received a United States Presidential Young Investigator Award in 1984.

Vijay is an academic and an entrepreneur. After completing Electrical Engineering in India, Mr. Chandru went on to get a doctorate from MIT. His academic career in mathematical and computational sciences has spanned over thirty years as a research scientist and professor at Purdue University, IBM’s TJ Watson Center, Indian Institute of Science, UPenn, Stanford and at MIT. Vijay co-founded Strand Life Sciences, a leading computational biology company in Bangalore, India and currently serves as its Chairman & CEO. Strand Life Sciences specializes in applying decision sciences and systems modeling to molecular biology and drug discovery research. Over 2000 laboratories worldwide (about 30% of global market share) are licensors of Strand’s technology products and several leading Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies use solutions from Strand for complex problems in life sciences research. Vijay also serves on the “High Panel on Science and Technology for Development” at UNESCO, the Global Advisory Board of the MIT Enterprise Forum and the Governing Board of the Indo-US Science and Technology Forum. He has been recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in 2006.
