Alexander Egorov co-founded one of the TOP 5 software outsourcing companies in Russia, Reksoft (http://www.reksoft.com), in 1991 and has served as CEO from its inception. Along with his duties at Reksoft Mr.Egorov co-founded and served as a member of the board in a number of successful IT ventures such as Ozon.ru (1998, the largest Russian online-bookstore) and Assist (1999, Russia's leading Internet Payment Gateway). Mr. Egorov repeatedly enters the “IT TOP 100” rating presented by the largest Russian nation-wide business newspaper “Kommersant”. In April 2003 - February 2004 he served as a Chairman of the Board of Russian Software Development Association RUSSOFT and is a constant member of the Board since that. Mr. Egorov is a frequent speaker in the world’s famous IT-related events hosted by Gartner Group, Forrester Research, ETRE and The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals. Mr. Egorov holds an MBA degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Gaidar Magdanurov – Managing director of Microsoft Seed Fund. He joined Microsoft in 2007 and his primary goal since that time is to support development of software ecosystem in Russia. During his work in the Internet, Gaidar took part in more than 50 web projects as developer, manager or mentor. Gaidar actively shares his expertise, conduct trainings and run educational programs on technical entrepreneurship jointly with Skolkovo Open University.

Born in 1969 in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. In 1986, Sergey entered Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Faculty of General and Applied Physics. While doing his graduate studies, Sergey joined ABBYY (formerly BIT Software) as Commercial Director, in 1991. ABBYY’s CEO since 1999, he is focusing on the company’s strategy and tactics and supervising all aspects of production, sales and marketing including research and development, project integration, management, promotion, and finance. In 2007 Sergey initiated founding a new department in MIPT, devoted to teaching computer science and artificial intelligence technologies. During his years with ABBYY, Sergey has created a vast distribution and partner network worldwide. Under his leadership ABBYY has become one of the leading IT companies in Russia and opened offices in Germany , the United States, Ukraine, the UK, Cyprus, Japan and Taiwan. Sergey Andreyev is repeatedly named among the top 100 most influential IT entrepreneurs in Russia. In 2003, he was awarded the Government Prize for Achievements in Science and Technology.

Shahar Waiser – Founder and CEO, GetTaxi, Vigoda.ru; Entrepreneur who founded and built 6 profitable companies. founder of GetTaxi / Get Taxi (Disrupt taxis market ($31B market volume), founder of Vigoda ru (94 cities, est. Rev. in 2012: $200M & profitable). Earlier spent 5 years in Silicon Valley. Founded (& Sold) Loyalize.com – Social TV company. Previously, was CEO of publicly traded company Comverse in Russian office where achieved the record of $300M in total sales. Additionally owns Private Investment Fund: investing in companies that are set to fundamentally change how existing industries operate.

Alexander Galitsky is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Almaz Capital Partners. Almaz Capital Partners has offices in Moscow, Russia and Menlo Park, CA, and is backed by Cisco Systems, EBRD and IFC. He is a well-known innovator, entrepreneur and investor in Russia/CIS, Europe and the USA. Prior to Almaz, Alexander formed the ICT investment practice at Russian Technologies, one of the first venture capital funds in Russia, and made a several private successful investments. His past and current investments include: Parallels, Yandex, QIK (sold to Skype), Vyatta (sold to Brocade), Acumatica, Jelastic, NavMaps (sold to TeleAtlas), 2Can, Alawar, AlterGeo, SJLabs (sold to VocalTec), EverNote, GridGain, WikiMart, etc.Prior to his investment career, he founded and headed five successful high-tech companies as CEO, including ELVIS+, TrustWorks Systems (sold to Hamsard), EzWIM (sold to TMT Ventures), ELVIS Telecom (sold to Telenor), NPC ELVIS. He specialized in WiFi, Virtual Private Network technology and product development on the Global market in partnership with Sun Microsystems and was a pioneer of the Russian Internet industry in 90s.

Grigory Povarov – General Manager, Acumatica; Grigoriy Povarov has over 10 years of experience in different areas of software industry. Now Grigoriy work at Acumatica, Cloud ERP Vendor, where he helps the company to build wide ecosystem for global coverage and vertical specializations. Before joining Acumatica, Grigoriy led product management and business development teams at SKB Kontur ( the leading Russian software company and SaaS-provider ). Grigoriy holds Ph.D. in Math from the Ural State University in Ekaterinburg.

Igor Taber — CIO, Intel Capital; Igor joined Intel Capital in 2008 to reestablish Intel Capital presence in the region. He focuses on investments in consumer internet, ecommerce, enterprise software, mobile and digital media in Russia and CIS countries. He has invested and serves on the boards of Ozon, Altergeo, DeNovo, Rock Flow Dynamics and Infinet. Igor also serves on the Board of Russia Venture Capital Association. Prior to Intel Capital, Igor was Director for Business Development in Intel WiMAX Group where he led deal structuring and negotiations with Sprint Nextel which resulted in Sprint’s initial commitment to WiMAX for its 4G network. He was also Chief of Staff to VP and GM of Intel WiMAX group. Early in his career he was in product management defining Intel next generation optical and communication products. Igor has MBA from Wharton Business School and Computer Engineering degree from University of Kansas.

Steve Todd - Director of the Innovation Network EMC Corporation; Steve Todd began his software career in 1987 as a founder of the CLARiiON storage system. During his remaining years at Data General he also architected and delivered the Navisphere storage management suite. After EMC’s acquisition of DG in 1999, Steve continued his creative streak by conceptualizing and delivering a broad spectrum of EMC products, including ECC StorageScope, PowerPath Data Migration Enabler, Centera Seek, and Centera Virtual Archive. Steve became a founding member of EMC’s newest storage platform (VNXe), and conceived, architected, and delivered one of the most customer-friendly user interfaces in the industry (Unisphere). These products have gone on to become EMC’s fastest selling storage systems in recent memory. Steve became an EMC Distinguished Engineer in 2008, and the Director of EMC’s Innovation Network in 2011.

Dmitriy Chikhachev – Managing partner, Runa Capital; Dmitriy has 15 years track record as business executive with broad cross-functional experience, 3 years as CEO/COO of a successful start-up company (Uvenco Holding Limited, US$25M+ revenue), 4 years in International Business Development & Investment Projects management (Ritzio Entertainment Group, US$600M revenue, 15,000 employees) – deals and projects in Latvia, Romania, Germany, South America etc; for 7 years he had been in High-tech Organization Development & Human Resources management (LM Ericsson International AB: 500 employees in 7 countries, Ritzio Entertainment: 15,000 employees in 11 countries).
