In his 29 years with the firm, Dominic has advised clients in a range of industries including banking, consumer goods, high tech and industrial. Prior to his current role, Dominic was based in Shanghai as McKinsey’s Asia Chairman from 2004 to 2009 and led the Korea office from 2000 to 2004.External leadership and authored works:Dominic is an active participant in international fora including Davos, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Les Rencontres Йconomiques d’Aix-en-Provence, the Asia Business Council and the China Development Forum. He has authored more than 80 articles on the role of business in society, leadership, financial services, Asia, history and the issues and opportunities facing markets worldwide. Dominic is a co-author, with Roberto Newell and Greg Wilson, of Dangerous Markets: Managing in Financial Crises (Wiley & Sons, 2002) and China Vignettes: An Inside Look at China (Talisman, 2007).Dominic Barton is the Co-Chair of the ‘Focusing Capital on the Long Term’ initiative along with Mark Wiseman (CPPIB) and Larry Fink (BlackRock). The initiative seeks to develop practical structures, metrics and approaches for longer-term behaviours in the investment and business worlds.He is a member of the Canadian Prime Minister’s Advisory Committee on the Public Service, is on the Board of Memorial Sloan Kettering, is Chair of the Seoul International Business Advisory Council, a Trustee of the Brookings Institution, a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board’s International Advisory Council, an advisor to the Asia Development Bank, a Board Member of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, a member of the Canadian Minister of International Trade’s Global Markets Action Plan Advisory Council and Chairman of the US President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa.

Barry Salzberg is the global Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL). He assumed this position on June 1, 2011. As DTTL CEO, Salzberg leads and manages the Executive and sets the strategic direction of the Deloitte global network. He is a member of the DTTL Board of Directors and Executive committee. Prior to this role, Salzberg served as Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte LLP (United States) from 2007 to 2011, and as the U.S. Managing Partner from 2003 to 2007. During his time as CEO of Deloitte LLP (United States), he was a member of the U.S. Board of Directors, the DTTL Executive committee, the DTTL Board of Directors, and served as the Americas Regional Managing Partner. Salzberg joined the Deloitte organization in 1977 and was admitted as partner of the Deloitte U.S. member firm in 1985. In his earlier career, Salzberg was a lead client service partner and tax partner of the Deloitte U.S. member firm and became an acknowledged authority in the areas of personal tax and partnership tax matters. Salzberg received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Brooklyn College, his JD from Brooklyn Law School, and his LLM in taxation from the New York University School of Law.

Mr. Shiv Khemka was educated at Eton College, received a B.A. from Brown University, an M.B.A. with distinction from The Wharton School and a Master’s in International Studies from The Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania. He was elected a “Global Leader for Tomorrow” (GLT) at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 1997 and was invited to join the Forum’s “Foreign Business Leaders’ Council” for Russia. He is a member of the WEF’s Global Agenda Council for Education. As one of the founders and partners, Shiv also sits on the Coordination Board of the Moscow School of Management “SKOLKOVO”. Professor K.C. Chan was born in 1957. Before assuming the post of Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor Chan was Dean of Business and Management of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Prior to joining the HKUST Business School in 1993, Professor Chan had spent nine years teaching at Ohio State University in the USA. Professor Chan received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Wesleyan University and both his MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Chicago. He is specialised in assets pricing, evaluation of trading strategies and market efficiency and has published numerous articles on these topics. Before joining the Government, Professor Chan held a number of public service positions including Chairman of the Consumer Council; Director of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange; member of the Commission on Strategic Development, Commission on Poverty, the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee, the Hang Seng Index Advisory Committee, and the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation. Professor Chan is also former President of the Asian Finance Association and former President of Association of Asia Pacific Business Schools.

Ms. Hu Shuli is Editor-in-Chief of Caixin Media, and the Dean of the School of Communication and Design at Sun Yat-sen University. Ms. Hu was awarded the 2012 Missouri Honor Medal for Distinguished Service in Journalism. Internationally recognized for her achievements in journalism, she was listed among Top 100 Influential People of 2011 by Time magazine. She was twice named one of Top 100 Global Thinkers by Foreign Policy magazine in 2009 and 2010. The Caixin editorial team under her leadership won the 2011 Shorenstein Journalism Award from Stanford University. Ms. Hu also serves on the board of directors for the International Women’s Media Foundation and is a member of the Reuters Editorial Advisory Board. She is a member of the International Media Council of the World Economic Forum, and a regional advisor for the International Center for Journalists.
