Viatcheslav has 15 years of investment and financial experience with leading international institutions. During the global crisis Viatcheslav was the Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development of Russia focusing on diversification and growth initiatives, including the Russian Direct Investment Fund. Viatcheslav moved to Russia from Citigroup in New York where he was Managing Director. Prior to Citi he was Partner at Old Lane, a hedge fund sold to Citi, where he ran $1bn in global investments focused on natural resources and growing consumer. He transitioned from Third Point, a New York hedge fund, where he was Portfolio Manager, named Partner, investing $500mn in emerging markets. Earlier he was Investment Analyst at Relational Investors in San Diego and at Everest Capital in Miami. Before moving to the US he worked at the Rothschild group and AXA in Paris. Viatcheslav holds a Stanford MBA, MA with high honors in International Economics from the State Management University, and BS from the American University of Paris. He is a CFA charterholder.

Prior to joining Otkritie, Mr. Aganbegyan had served as head of the Moscow Exchange since September 2010. Under his watch, Russia’s two biggest exchanges – the MICEX and the RTS – completed a merger that resulted in the establishment of a market institution that has become a global trading centre. From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Aganbegyan managed the Russian business of Renaissance Capital Investment Company, where he was responsible for expanding and strengthening relations with key clients as well as public and government relations. From 2002to 2003, he served as the managing director for project financing at Troika Dialog Investment Company, where he managed the company’s investment and banking affairs. From 1997 to 2002, he was the co-chairman of Credit Suisse First Boston in Russia. In the 1990s, he worked at the companies PricewaterhouseCoopers, Clifford Chance and Credit Suisse Financial Products (Moscow). Mr. Aganbegyan graduated from Moscow State Law Academy in 1995.

Mr. Braverman was born on May 1, 1954. He graduated from Kharkiv Engineering and Economics Institute and completed graduate studies at Lomonosov Moscow State Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies. He is a Doctor of Economic Sciences and a professor. 1995–1997 – He served as president of the Russian Marketing Association. 1997–1999 – He was Deputy Chairman of the State Property Committee of the Russian Federation and then First Deputy Minister of State Property of the Russian Federation as well as acting Minister of State Property of the Russian Federation. 1999–2000 – He served as president of the Russian Marketing Association. 2000–2004 – He was Deputy Minister of Property Relations of the Russian Federation and a State Secretary. 2006–2008 – He served as Chairman of the Committee for the Development of an Affordable Housing Market under the Russian Presidential Council for the Implementation of Priority National Projects and the Demographic Policy. August 2008 – Under Order No. 1145-r of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, he was appointed Director General of the Russian Housing Development Foundation.On Oct the 2nd 2015 A. Braverman was appointed as General Director of Joint-stock company «Russian Small and Medium Business Corporation» (JSC «RSMB Corporation» ). From October 12, 2015 he is a member of the Board of Directors of JSC «RSMB Corporation» ex officio.

Veniamin Golubitsky is President of KORTROS (former RENOVA StroyGroup) – a development company that implements large-scale projects in the sphere of residential and commercial real estate. Prior to joining RENOVA StroyGroup, Mr Golubitsky worked for nine years in the authorities of the Sverdlovsk Region of Russia, where his responsibilities at different times included social issues and state property management. From October 2003 till May 2005 Mr Golubitsky was Head of Administration of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region. Other positions held in the regional authorities include: First Deputy to the Chairman of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, Minister of the State Property Management of the Sverdlovsk Region, Member of the Duma of the Sverdlovsk Region. In addition to his work as an official, Veniamin Golubitsky made a convincing academic career: having started as a PhD student at the Department of Administrative Law, Moscow State Lomonosov University, he later became Head of the Law Department at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Mr Golubitsky graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Moscow State Lomonosov University and is a Candidate of Legal Sciences.

Born in Moscow in 1966, in 1989 graduated Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography cum laude with a degree in applied cosmonautics. In 2008 – 2009 trained at INSEAD management school in Paris. Hold a post graduate degree in Economics. Works in construction since 1989. In 1993 founded Barkli, an investment and construction corporation currently one of the leaders in real estate development and construction market. Barkli Inc has constructed and restored over 300 sites in Moscow. In 2006 Mr. Kazinets has been awarded the Honorary Badge for working in construction. Social and political activity: - member of the presidential council for residential policy and living accessibility; - president of the National Real Estate Development Association; - vice chairman of the Public Council and the Russian Construction ministry; - pro bono advisor to the mayor of Moscow; - board member of Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, chairman of the real estate policy commission; - leader of a commission for construction code simplification at the Agency of Strategic initiatives.

Tim is a senior banker and entrepreneur, internationally-recognized as an expert in consumer and mortgage lending. Tim lives in Moscow. Tim has over 25 years’ experience, principally in corporate finance and investment banking but with a substantial focus on the consumer-finance sector and its operational and regulatory issues. During his career, Tim has worked for, and with, many of the leading players around the world (UK, Europe, Asia and the US). In the last 10 years, Tim has increasingly focused on emerging markets, working at senior levels for Unicredit Bank, Deutsche Bank (London) and more recently, as a Moscow-based partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. For the last year, Tim has run his own advisory firm, based in Moscow. Current clients include the boards and owners of leading Russian consumer finance and mortgage lending organisations – successfully completing a number of landmark transactions. Tim is also a visiting professor at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management.

Graduated from Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy in 2004. 2004–2008: specialist-expert, consultant, advisor to the Department of Support for Priority National Projects of the Presidential Experts’ Directorate of the of the Russian Federation. Graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Academy of Law in 2012. 2008–2013: Assistant to First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov, Deputy Chief of Secretariat of First Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov. 2013–2015: Secretary of State – Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation. The Supervisory Council of the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending appointed him CEO of the Agency on April 20, 2015. State decorations: Medal of the Order “Merits before the Motherland” 1st degree, Medal of the Order “Merits before the Motherland” 2nd degree, commendations from the President of the Russian Federation, a letter of commendation from the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

In 1987, Mr. Semenyaka graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics. In 1990, he completed advanced foreign language courses under the USSR Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade. In 1991, he graduated from the International Business School of the National Market Research Institute under the USSR Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade. In 1999, Mr. Semenyaka earned the degree of PhD in economic sciences. From 1992 to 1995, he served as President of AO Analysis, Consultations and Marketing. From 1994 to 1996, he was President of OAO Federal Stock Corporation. From February to June 1996, he was General Director of ZAO Horizon Investment Company. From June 1996 to April 2002, he served as a member of the Management Board, Head of the Securities and Long-Term Financing Department, and Head of the Corporate Finance Department of OJSC Gazprom. Since April 2002, he has been General Director of OJSC Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending. Mr. Semenyaka is a member of the Supervisory Council at OJSC Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending, Chairman of the Executive Board at OJSC Agency for the Restructuring of Housing Mortgage Loans, a member of the interdepartmental working group for the priority national project “Affordable and Comfortable Housing for Russian Citizens” under the Presidential Council for the Implementation of Priority National Projects and the Demographic Policy , a member of the Commission for the Development of an Affordable Housing Market under the Presidential Council for the Implementation of Priority National Projects and the Demographic Policy, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Moscow School of Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
