Born July 5th , 1963 in Kislovodsk. In 1989 graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a specialization in international journalism and completed his postgraduate course at Moscow State University specializing in global economic issues. In 1992, he was an intern at the New York Institute under the Investments and International Accounts Program and in 1993 joined a course for banking specialists at Fairfield University (USA). From 1991 to 2003 Mr. Cheremin headed various banks. In 2004, he was appointed CEO of Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development (MBRD). From 2005 to 2009 he acted as the Chairman of the Board of MBRD, he also served as Senior Vice President and Head of External Relations of JSFC Sistema. From 2009 to 2010 — Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSFC Sistema. From 2009— Chairman of the Board of Business Council for Cooperation with India, member of the Russian-Indian Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation. November 8th 2010, Mr.Cheremin was appointed Minister of the Moscow City Government, Head of the Moscow City Department for External Economic and International Relations. In 2015 was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Russian-Indian Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation.

Roger Munnings is a member of the Boards of Directors of Sistema and of LUKoil. On both Boards he has the status of Independent Director. He chairs the Board Human Resources Committee of LUKoil and the Board Audit, Finance and Risk Management Committee of Sistema. He has also been an Independent Director of SUEK. Mr Munnings has been actively involved in the Russian business world since the mid nineties He is currently Chairman of the Russo British Chamber of Commerce, having been Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Association of European Businesses in Russia, a member of the Board of the US Russia Business Council, Chairman of the Audit Committee Institute in Russia and a member of the UK Government’s working group on trade and investment between Russia and Great Britain. Roger’s principal career was, from 1974 to 2008, with the international “Big Four” accounting, consulting and auditing firm, KPMG, where he was Chairman and President of KPMG Russia and the CIS from 1996 to 2008 living with his family in Moscow throughout that time, Chairman of KPMG’s Global Energy and Natural Resources Practice from 1993 to 2008 and a member of KPMG’s International Council, the senior governance body of the international firm from 1998 to 2008. Roger is also a member of the Russian National Council on Corporate Governance, the Russian Institute of Directors and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and was part of RSPP’s Task Force in preparation for the G20/B20 meetings in St Petersburg in 2013. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in the UK and a Graduate of Oxford University with the degree of Master of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, Roger was appointed CBE in the UK in HM The Queen’s New Year’s Honours List in 2007.

Michael Harms began his professional career in 1993 as sales engineer at Philips Medical Systems in Hamburg and Moscow. After a stopover at the Liaison Office of German Business in Berlin in 2000 he was a member of the Management of the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations and was responsible for the region of Southeast Europe. From 2001 - 2003 he additionally worked in Brussels as Executive Secretary of the Business Advisory Council for South Eastern Europe. Since 2007 he worked in Moscow as the Delegate of the German Industry and Chairman of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce. From 2012 to 2016 Michael Harms was World spokesman of the network of German foreign chambers of commerce (AHK). Since April 1, 2016 Michael Harms is the Executive Director of the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations in Berlin.

Sergey joined Cisco in November 2013. In his current role he is responsible for all sales operations in Russia & CIS. Sergey is passionate about sales and ethics and thrives on approaching complex challenges with an analytical approach. He has joined Cisco from Xerox where he has successfully built a career over the last 16 years and was appointed Vice President, Development Market Operations. During his tenure at Xerox, Sergey has lived and worked across multiple countries, as General Manager of Central Eastern Region and General Manager Turkey. He graduated from Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He likes to play football and is interested in the history of Russia. He is married with 3 children.
