Since 13 February, 2015, A. Likhachev held the position of the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Since 5 October, 2016, Alexey Likhachev held the position of the Director General of ROSATOM.

Mark Garber is a well-known financier in the Russian investment community. In 1987 he was a cofounder of Sintez Cooperative. In 1995 in cooperation with Hans-Joerg Rudloff (former CEO of Credit Suisse and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Barclays Capital since 1998), Mark established UCB Financial Group. In 1998 after UCB was bought out by investment bank Robert Fleming & Co, Mark became the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Fleming UCB. In 2000 following Robert Fleming & Co being purchased by Chase Group, Mr Garber and Roderick D. Fleming established the global financial group Fleming Family & Partners and Mark became a Board Member and Senior Partner of FF&P. From 2000 to 2012, Mark was a Senior Partner and a Board Member at Fleming Family & Partners. In 2012 in collaboration with Ian Hannam, bought out the Russian division of FF&P which was used as the foundation for newly established GHP Group. Following establishment of GHP Group in 2012, Mark has been a Senior Partner and Chairman of the Board of the Company.

Ding Xuedong Mr. Ding Xuedong is the Chairman & CEO of CIC. Prior to this, Mr. Ding served as Deputy Secretary General of the State Council. He held several positions in the Ministry of Finance, including Vice Minister, Assistant Minister, Director General of the Department of Education, Science and Culture, Director General of the Department of Agriculture and Director General of the Department of State-owned Capital Administration. In his earlier career, Mr. Ding served as Director General of the Department of Property Rights, and Director General of the Department of Human Resources & Head of the General Office, State-owned Asset Administration Bureau. Mr. Ding was born in 1960 and holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance.

In 1983-1989 worked for the foreign trade association “Soyuznefteexport”. 1989-1991 – chemistry department chief at the soviet-dutch joint enterprise “Urals”. 1991-2012 - executive director of Solvalub group of companies. 2001-2002 – the president of the JSC “Agrochemical corporation “Azot”. 2006-2012 – chairman of board of directors, general director of “Abrau-Durso” wine producing company. 2000-2005 – member of the bureau of the board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. 2004-2012 – chairman of the All-Russia public organization “Delovaya Rossiya” (“Business Russia”). 2006-2009 – member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.
