In 2007, she received Bachelor’s degrees from two prestigious economics institutions schools at once: the London School of Economics (specializing in Economics and Management) and the National Research University – Higher School of Economics (International College of Economics and Finance, specializing in Management and Economics). She became a stock observer for the news department of the Expert-TV channel at the peak of the financial crisis, so she experienced everything that happened following the collapse of Lehman Brothers ‘live’ on TV. She started her Master’s programme at the Department of Economics of the National Research University – Higher School of Economics (specializing in the Stock Market and Investments) in 2008. Also in 2008, she launched Invest Ideas on Expert TV, a programme on the most promising second tier chips on the Russian stock market. Simultaneously, she worked for the Invest-Media publishing house, which brings out the Direct Investment magazine. Initially, she was an economic analyst for the magazine, then later became head of the Macroeconomics and Finance division. She started work for the economics department of the Russia 24 television channel in June 2011. She is currently author and host of two television programmes: New Week Events and Economics. In 1998, he graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He is part of the Interdepartmental Working Group for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the Public Council under the Federal Tax Service, the Public-Private Partnership Council under the Military and Industrial Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation, and the Public Council under the Commissioner of the President of the Russian Federation for Entrepreneurs’ Rights.

Born March 17, 1959 in Moscow. Higher education. Graduated in 1981 from Lomonosov Moscow State University as a Cybernetics Economist. From 1981 to 1986, he worked as an intern researcher and junior research fellow of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute under the USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1986 to 1990, he was a junior research fellow, a research fellow and a senior research fellow at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of Scientific and Technical Progress under the USSR Academy of Sciences. From 1990 to 2006, he worked as a senior research fellow and head of the laboratory of the Institute for Economic Forecasting under the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 2006 to 2008, he was Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation. In 2008, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. From 2008 to 2012, he was Director of the Department of Economics and Finances under the Government of the Russian Federation. From 2012 to 2013, he was Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Since June 24, 2013, he has been an Aide to the President of the Russian Federation. He holds the rank of an Active State Counsellor of the Russian Federation, first class. He is a doctor of economic sciences. In 2007, he was awarded the honorary title ‘Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation’. In 2009, he was awarded the Order of Honour. He is married with one son.

Since 2011, he has been chairman of the Board of Directors of OOO Vkus and OOO Uspekh – the management companies of the Mikc cafeteria chain and Family Fitness fitness clubs. Since 2011, he has been business development director of St. Petersburg Banking House. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of St. Petersburg Banking House. Public activities: 2013 to present – Regional Coordinator of the Club of Leaders in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. 2013 to present – Head of the Expert Group for the Monitoring of the Introduction of the Standard of the Activities of the Executive Authorities to Support a Favourable Investment Climate in St. Petersburg.
