Alexander Lyubimov is a prominent TV journalist, successful producer and public figure with more than 20 years of experience in the Russian television industry. Mr. Lyubimov graduated from the Moscow State Institute for International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR, and also holds a degree from the Harvard University and the International Animation Institute. He is a member of the Russian Television Academy. Alexander Lyubimov is a cofounder of VID TV company and served on its executive board from 1993 to 1998. He hosted such TV shows as Krasny Kvadrat (Red Square), Odin na Odin (Face to Face), and Zdes i Seychas (Here and Now). Mr. Lyubimov also managed international broadcasting on the All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Ostankino (VGTRK), and headed the Directorate of News Broadcasting at the Public Russian Television channel (ORT). He also served as First Deputy CEO of Channel One Russia, and First Deputy CEO of Russia TV channel. Mr. Lyubimov spearheaded the formation of MediaUnion, an All-Russian independent organization of media professionals, and served as its President in 2001-2008. In November 2011, Alexander Lyubimov joined RBC TV as its General Director.

He is one of the 1,000 managers included in the Golden Personnel Reserve established by the President of the Russian Federation; awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Government of the Russian Federation for active participation in modernizing the national economy. Since 2012: General Director of the National Association of Procurement Institutes (NAIZ). Procurement Ombudsman. Head of the working group of the Expert Council of the Government of the Russian Federation for government procurement and public investment. Head of the working group for developing the system of procurements for Moscow city. In addition, since 2005, Sergei Gabestro has been Executive Director of the Serafim Sarovsky Charity Foundation and one of the founders of the Pravoslavnaya Initsiativa and Sorabotnichestvo projects. He is a sponsor of the feature film Territory and the cartoon Unbelievable Adventures of Serafima He is married with three sons. Hobbies: mountain skiing, fishing, travelling.

Since 2008 – head of the aforementioned department. 2009–2011 – head of the office of development programmes for small and medium-sized businesses in the department for development of small and medium-sized businesses at the Ministry for Economic Development of Russia. Nikiforova Lidia Viktorovna was born in 1957. In 1981 had graduated from Moscow aviation institute, and in 1998 - All-Russian extra-mural finance economical institute. In 2010 was awarded the degree of candidate of economics. From 1999 up to 2012 was working in different departments of the authorities of Moscow region. In particular, in 1999-2000 was deputy chairman of the Committee for loans and investment policy, in 2000-2002 was the head of the Department of strategic development planning in Moscow region, in 2002-2004 was working as a Deputy Minister of culture of the Moscow region Government. For sufficient period of time (2004-2012) she worked as the Deputy Minister of economy of Government of Moscow region. During the period 2012-2013 was working as Deputy Director of the economic security Department of entrepreneurship of the chamber of Commerce of Russian Federation. In 2013 was elected as Chairman of the Board of the All-Russian public organization "Guild of domestic specialists in state and municipal order".

Graduated the Radio Communications Department of Leningrad Higher Military School of Communication with a degree in Radio Engineering. Holds an EMBA degree from the Business School of Moscow State University. CEO of RTS-Tender LLC, First Vice President of NP RTS. Vice President of OPORA ROSSII, the national organization for small and medium-sized business support, member of the contract relations expert council at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, member of the commission on digitalizing acquisitions. As CEO of RTS-Tender and Vice President of OPORA ROSSII acts as a member of board of trustees in several companies.
