Alexey Bobrovsky was born on 15 August 1981. In 2002, he graduated from the Journalism Department of the Modern University for the Humanities in Moscow. He has worked as reporter and host on the TV-Centre Channel, Channel 1, Radio Station Business-FM. Since 2009, he has authored and presented the Kurs Dnya [Daily Rate of Exchange] on the Russia-24 TV Channel, Head of the Channel’s Service of Economic News. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Internet site Vestifinance.ru. Since 2016, he has been General Producer of Vestfinance Forum – a new interactive platform, featuring Andrey Klepach, Boris Titov, Alexander Novak, Ksenia Yudaeva and other authoritative economic experts.

Boris Titov was born on December, 24, 1960 in Moscow. He is a graduate of the Moscow state institute for international relations in 1983. In 1983-1989 worked for the foreign trade association “Soyuznefteexport”. 1989-1991 – chemistry department chief at the soviet-dutch joint enterprise “Urals”. 1991-2012 - executive director of Solvalub group of companies. 2001-2002 – the president of the JSC “Agrochemical corporation “Azot”. 2006-2012 – chairman of board of directors, general director of “Abrau-Durso” wine producing company. 2000-2005 – member of the bureau of the board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. 2004-2012 – chairman of the All-Russia public organization “Delovaya Rossiya” (“Business Russia”). 2006-2009 – member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. In June 2012 was appointed the Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneur’s rights. Member of the Presidential Economic Council since July 2012. Between 1991 and 1993 - vice chairman of Novosibirsk City Communist Party Executive Committee Between 1993 and 1999 – mayor of Novosibirsk. Between 2000 and September 2010 – Governor of Novosibirsky region. As of September 9, 2010 – plenipotentiary representative of the President of Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District. May 12, 2014 – appointed the provisional governor of Krasnoyarsky Region by the President of the Russian Federation. During the election Viktor Tolokonsky was supported by 425017 people (63,3 %). F. William Engdahl is a political economist and founder of Engdahl Strategic Risk Consulting, providing geopolitical strategic risk advice to companies and financial institutions. He has specialized for more than thirty seven years in geopolitical analysis of global events, and is an American citizen living and working in Germany since 1985. Mr. Engdahl was a lecturer in economics at the Rhein-Main University in Germany and was a Visiting Professor in Political Economy at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He authored the international best-selling book on oil and geopolitics, A Century of War: Anglo-American Oil Politics, published as well in German, French, English, Chinese, Russian, Czech, Korean, Turkish, Croatian, Slovenian. After a degree in politics from Princeton University (USA), and graduate study in comparative economics at the University of Stockholm, Engdahl worked as an independent economist and research journalist in New York and later in Europe, covering the fields of energy policy worldwide; global trade; EU food policies, the grain trade; IMF policy; Third World debt issues; the politics of hedge funds and the 2007-2015 dollar crisis.
