Nikolay Uskov was born in 1970, he is a candidate of historical sciences, from 2016 was an editor in chief of Forbes Russia, from September 2018 is an editorial director of Forbes Russia. In the past he used to teach the history of the Middle Ages at Moscow State University, then headed such magazines as Men’s Health, GQ, Snob in Russia. Nikolay is an author of the work on the history of the church and the religiosity of Western Europe, a number of detective novels and the best-selling book on Russian history "Unknown Russia: a story that will surprise you."

Konstantin Vinogradov

Konstantin has been working at Runa Capital for more than 6 years where he mostly focuses on deal sourcing, due diligence and portfolio development. His primary areas of investment expertise include machine intelligence, cloud business applications and fintech startups, and favourite startup markets are UK and France.

Besides VC experience at Runa Capital, Konstantin worked at several startups, headed national startup competition, co-founded and subsequently sold small hardware company. He holds BS and MS degrees from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (department of innovations and high technologies).

Maria Drokova

Founder, General Partner, Day One Ventures

Maria Drokova is the Founder of Day One Ventures, a venture fund that invests in startups and leads their communications. Day One Ventures has invested in companies such as Superhuman, FutureFamily, DigitalGenius, Domuso, Atoms, CatalogDNA, and Nebia. In 2019, Masha made it onto the Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list.

Maria entered the tech industry at Russian Quantum Center, where she worked with Nobel Prize winners and prominent quantum physicists. She later joined Runa Capital as their PR Director and then served as Vice President of Communications at Acronis. Afterwards, Maria launched M&A PR Studio which has worked with companies like WeWork, Houzz, HotelTonight, Gett, and Toptal.

Oleg Kivokurtsev

Founder and Development Director, Promobot

Founder and CBDO of Promobot LLC - manufacturer of autonomous service robots for business.
Oleg born and grew up in a Perm city. He began his robotics career in 2012 and founded Promobot LLC in 2015 after 3 years with a partners. First office of Promobot was in a garage. After four years of beginning startup went from manufacturing of small orders for Perm shopping centers to the production of large quantities of robots for Russian and foreign customers (at the last year company produced 170 “Promobots” and geography grew in a 2 times to a 33 countries). Promobot company has a large contracts with American and middle east companies for a more than $50M. Revenue of a company exceeds $3M per year. Investors estimate the whole business at $30M.

Georgy Solovyov

General Director, Co-Founder, Skyeng

Graduated from Moscow University of Physics and Technology, the winner of the national olympiad in technology. While studying at the university, worked an engineer at the Institute of Solid State Physics. After graduation George held the post of CEO at an online project Kassa365.ru.
In 2008, George had to learn English for an internship abroad. Since Moscow tutors were out of his budget, George asked a teacher from his hometown of Cheboksary to do classes via Skype. This idea turned out to be a great one, and from that time George’s vision for an online language school was born. In 2012, he recruited his 3 friends, Khariton Matveev, Andrey Yaunzem and Denis Smetnev, to help him realize that vision and create such a school.
In January 2014, the team was joined by Alexander Laryanovsky who had previously held the post of Director of International Development of Yandex In August, Skyeng launched its own platform Vimbox that allows to study English in a virtual classroom efficiently and conveniently. As for now, the solution has no parallel.

Eric Khrom

Founder, Khrom Capital Management

Eric Khrom is the founder and managing member of Khrom Capital. Mr. Khrom pursued his bachelor's degree in Finance & Investments at Bernard M. Baruch College in New York City. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Khrom launched the value oriented investment fund Khrom Capital. Started in March 2008, Khrom Capital was inspired by the original 1950’s Warren Buffett partnership. In 2014, Mr. Khrom was selected by Forbes to be featured in their 30 Under 30list.
Prior to starting Khrom Capital, Mr. Khrom was the founder of EEK Development, a company focused on the creation of website and web applications for businesses seeking to grow their e-commerce presence. Before launching EEK Development, Mr. Khrom launched a bankruptcy servicing business in collaboration with Tsyngauz & Associates, a New York based law firm.

Shiran Yaroslavsky

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Cassiopeia

Shiran is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cassiopeia, a startup that helps companies to fosters a healthier workplace by measuring, predicting and preventing offensive behavior. Prior to Cassiopeia, Shiran worked as a product manager, leading both innovative products and teams, and coaching product managers. She has managed complex strategic business efforts both in product and marketing domains. A lawyer by training, Shiran holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in law (Cum Laude). Shiran was featured in 2019 Forbes 30Under30 list.
