Education infrastructure requires investments as well as modern teaching methods and technologies to achieve a new quality of human capital. What are the main development trends in this sphere in Russia? How can digital technologies help to provide equal access to education? In 1988, Andrey Galiev graduated from the Military Institute of the USSR with a degree in Interpreting, in 2010 graduated from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics (ЕМВА). After graduating he was assigned to North Africa and later to Central Asia. Since 1992 to 2001 he worked as a journalist and editor in Kommersant and Expert magazines.
2001 – 2007 – Vice president of Evrofinance Bank.
2007 – 2011 – Chief executive officer of ZAO Kommersant Holding. During this period within the holding group radio station Kommersant FM and TV channel Kommersant TV started broadcasting.
2016 – 2018 – Counselor of Chairman of the Foundation's Board in The Center for Strategic Research.
Author of more than 300 publications on economic and political topics, was acknowledged by the President of Russia "For the great contribution to the work on the preparation of the development strategy of the Russian Federation for 2018 – 2024".

Alexander V. Brychkin is the chief executive officer of the Russian Textbook Corporation. Alexander Brychkin graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He is the Candidate of Economic Sciences. In 2009, he joined EKSMO publishing team after a 12-year successful career in banking.
In EKSMO publishing house, he was responsible for the development strategy of the companies Natsionalnaya Knizhnaya Set JSC (Chitay-gorod and Bukvoed stores) and the Group of Companies LitRes. Since 2015, he has been appointed Vice President of the holding company EKSMO-AST for business development and investments; he is a member of the Board of Directors of LitRes.
Since DROFA and VENTANA-GRAF publishing houses joined EKSMO-AST holding company, Mr. Brychkin has been actively participating in the activity of educational literature publishing houses: he supervised the creation of textbooks in electronic format, initiated the participation of DROFA Publishing House in the project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation "Russian Electronic School". In 2016, he was appointed responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy for the development of the digital educational platform LECTA.
In 2017, he was appointed General Director of the Russian Textbook Corporation.

Graduated from the School of Foreign Languages at Pskov State Pedagogical University named after S.M. Kirov with a major in English and German teaching. In 1998, took a professional retraining course in Social Management at Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Studies of the Governmental Academy of National Economy; she also got a master’s at the University of Manchester.
Started her professional career as an English teacher. Worked for state-run and private companies, and business projects. In 2000–2001, Assistant Deputy Minister of Education at the Russian Ministry of Education. For 12 years since 2001, took a managerial position at the largest educational publishing house Prosveshcheniye.
In 2013, she was in charge of preparations of the IB diploma programme.
2014–2016 – Director of the state-run culture and leisure centre Akademichesky in Moscow.
Since April 2016 – Headmistress of the International Gymnasium of the Skolkovo Innovation Centre.
Co-founder of the charity foundation that helps families raising children with special needs ‘The Art of Being Close’.

Yaroslav Kuzminov

Diploma in Economics, Moscow State University named after M. Lomonosov.
In 1992 Yaroslav Kuzminov and Evgeny Yasin came forward with the project of a new type of university specializing in Economics.
In 2011 Y. Kuzminov headed the Expert Group “Labor market, Professional Education, and Migration Policy” in the framework of the development of the Russian Federation “Strategy 2020”.
Yaroslav Kuzminov is Deputy Head of the National Coordination Council for Supporting Young Gifted People; member of presidium of Presidential Economic Council; member the Presidential Commission on for Civil Service and Management Personnel Pool established; member of the Government Commission for the Coordination of the Open Government; member of the Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration et etc.
Professor Kuzminov is an author of more than 100 academic works published in Russia and abroad, and a co-author of over 10 monographs and textbooks. He has been also regularly writing for leading Russian and foreign periodicals.
By decrees of the President of the Russian Federation Y. Kuzminov has been awarded the Order For Merit to the Fatherland (2012) of the IV class and the Order of Honour (2002).

2008: Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Department of General and Applied Physics (studied 2002–2008). The prize taker and winner of Physics Olympiads at various levels (also the winner of the All-Russia Olympiad).
Since 2011: co-founder and head of the UCHi.RU educational platform, which currently has 2,5 m active users from all regions of Russia.

Alisiya Nikitina

Alisa joined the Group of Russian Export Center in 2011, holding a position of Deputy Head of External Communications, Export Insurance Agency of Russia (Group subsidiary). On 31 December 2015 appointed Director of Educational Project, Russian Export Center and in 2016 was assigned to CEO of School of Exports, Russian Export Center.

In 2013, she came to Rosatom State Corporation to the position of a department deputy director–head of the personnel assessment and development department. In April 2015, she was appointed Director General of the Rosatom Corporate Academy.
Professional expertise: corporate training systems, developing and evaluating personnel training and development systems, developing leadership and management training programmes.
