Programme

We can create visible accomplishments in terms of creating a truly comfortable urban environment only through uniting the resources of the State and the private sector. Notably, the focus lies in equal parts both in financing the projects as well as in the competence provided. The federal government pointed out the high priority of the urban environment’s development and devoted resources to the goal as part of the national project ‘Housing and the Urban Environment’. Active and thorough co-investment from the private sector is required for the maximum usage efficiency of such resources. This would allow both producing more of the comfortable urban environment and managing its development in the most flexible way. Is there a political will among the government towards a structured partnership with private sector for achieving the results in this direction? What are the tools for deposit of the private investments into the urban environment? How do we stimulate the private sector to invest into the city infrastructure? What are the outcomes of the comfortable urban environment for the private sector, the State and the community?

• From 1999 to 2016 he has been working at Kodak and Carestream Health, leading operations to make the brand popular and plan further development phases.
• From October 2015 to April 2017 he was Chairman of the Board at Liguria Digitale, Genoa.
He is married, and has one son, Matteo and one daughter, Francesca. Among his hobbies and interests: hiking in the backcountry. He loves the sea and mountain climbing as well.
• He was elected Mayor of Genoa on June 2017.

Bertrand Camus

Chief Executive Officer, SUEZ

Bertrand Camus is CEO of SUEZ as of May 14, 2019.
He has been SUEZ’s Senior Executive VP for Africa, the Middle East, India, Asia and Australia since March 2018.
A graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, he joined SUEZ in 1994.
He successively held positions as COO of the subsidiary Aguas Argentinas from 2000 to 2006 and Director of Internal Audit at SUEZ from 2006 to 2008.
In 2008, he was appointed CEO of water activities for North America and, in 2015, Deputy CEO of the Water Europe division and CEO of Water France.
Bertrand Camus was born on February 9, 1967.

Vitaly Mutko

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation

Born on December 8, 1958 in the Krasnodar Territory.
Studied in Leningrad, where he graduated from the River Vocational College, the Water Transport Institute and (by correspondence) the Law Department of Leningrad State University.
Worked as a technician on the vessels of the North-Western River Shipping Line and was chairman of the trade union committee of the River College.
1983-1991: instructor, section head, secretary, chairman of the Kirov regional Council of People's Deputies, head of the region's administration.
1992-1996: Deputy Mayor of St Petersburg, Chairman of the city Committee on Social Issues.
From 1993: President of Football Club Zenit; under his leadership the team moved into the Russian football elite. In 1999, it won the Russia Cup and in 2002 won bronze at the Russian football championship.
The Russian Football Premier League (RFPL) was organised in 2001 at the initiative of Mutko, who is a member of the Executive Committee of the Russian Football Union, President of the Russian Football Premier League and Vice President of the Football Federation of St Petersburg and North-West Russia.
2002: elected to the Executive Committee of Russia's Paralympic Committee. For the past 13 years, Mutko has been the volunteer chairman of St Petersburg's Special Olympic Committee for the rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities. For 10 years he has chaired the Golden Pelican charity movement.
2003: appointed member of the Federation Council of Russia's Federal Assembly, representing the St Petersburg Government.
2008: appointed the Russian Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy.
May 21, 2012: Reappointed Minister of Sport of the Russian Federation by a presidential decree.

Born September 17, 1986 in Sukhumi, Abkhazia.
Mr. Alikhanov graduated from the All-Russia State Tax Academy under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, majoring in Law, as well as Finance and Credit, and got a PhD in Economics.
Anton Alikhanov started his career in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in 2010. In 2013 he got a job in the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
In September 2015 Mr. Alikhanov was appointed the Acting Governor of Kaliningrad Oblast by the President.

Tigran Khudaverdyan

Tigran Khudaverdyan, was born in 1981 and graduated from the Moscow State University. From 2001 to 2006 took part in various Internet projects, headed a web-studio. He joined Yandex in 2006 as a project manager for Yandex.Pasports service that controls user registrations. From 2009 to 2012 he was Head of Division for Portal Products and Mobile Apps.
In 2012 Mr. Khudaverdyan oversaw the release of Yandex.Navigator with a revolutionary technology of building routes to bypass traffic jams. Currently, it’s the most popular driving and walking navigator in Russia and around with a monthly audience of over 20 million users. In the fall of 2012 his team released Yandex.Browser that is closely integrated with other Yandex services which makes it smarter at searching and less prone to viruses and Internet fraudulent activity. At the end of last year the audience of Yandex.Browser exceeded 19 million users for the mobile version and 26 million for desktop.
In 2014 Mr. Khudaverdyan took up leadership of Yandex.Taxi and assumed the CEO duties when it became a separate company in 2015. Thanks to smart routing, machine learning, demand forecasting, and smart order distribution the app made taxi services accessible, fast and safe over a short span of time.
