Charitable organizations and their projects are attracting new resources and the attention of the authorities, media, businesses, and ordinary citizens and turning into a driver of social change. The demands made of funds, the professionalism of specialists employed in this field, and the level of self-regulation within the sector are increasing. In addition, the emergence of PhilTech – a separate branch of information technology used in philanthropy and to solve social problems – indicates that charity has firmly entered the era of digitalization.

Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Head of the Committee for Social Entrepreneurship of OPORA RUSSIA, member of the Expert Council of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in Innovation, Head of the Federal Acceleration Program for Social Entrepreneurship “Social Innovations”.
Since 2003 he has been actively involved in the development of the ecosystem for social entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation. For the first time the technology of accelerating socially significant entrepreneurial projects was developed jointly with the Omsk Social Innovation Center in 2011–2013. Subsequently highly customized accelerating technology has become the basis for the Federal Acceleration Program for Social Entrepreneurship “Social Innovations” that is being implemented in Moscow city, Moscow, Rostov and Perm regions. Since 2015 he has been developing incubation programs for non-profit organizations conductive to strengthening their financial stability and their inclusion in social services market.
As the Head of a working group under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation which evaluates practices of Social Innovation Centers and Resource Centers for non-profit organizations, Sergey is actively involved in the development of guidelines for improving the social entrepreneurship and non-profit organizations support network.

Founder and Member of Guardian Council of “Saratov Province” charity foundation, which held regional competitions for social and cultural projects in 2001-2011.
2004-2013 - Run publishing projects in the fields of economy, law and small business. Director General of stock corporations of “Russian accountant” company grouping.
2013-2017 - run informational and social projects in interregional cooperation development. Director General of “My district” company - an Internet platform for municipal structures. Board member of All-Russian Public Organization “Russian management community of presidential programme members”. From June 2017 - Executive Director of Presidential Grants Foundation. Supervises development of IT-platforms, as well as regional development and communication.

Maria Andreyevna Morozova has been heading the Elena & Gennady Timchenko Charitable Foundation from the day when it was created in December 2010. Since then, the Timchenko Foundation has become one of Russia’s leading private foundations implementing programs aimed at supporting active ageing, developing sports and culture, helping families and children. These strategic directions are designed to further comprehensive solutions of Russia’s social problems, with a special emphasis on its regions.

The program portfolio of The Timchenko Foundation embraces over 100 projects, both all around Russia and abroad. Here are some of them: Society for All Ages National Conference, competitions like Active Generation, Cultural Mosaic of Small Towns and Villages, Dobryi Lyod [Good Ice], Right Family Course and others.

As an active participant of expert panels and public forums that tackle topics matching the priorities of The Timchenko Foundation activities Maria Morozova has occupied the following positions: member of the Community Council with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Russian Federation (including Vice-Chairwoman of the Commission for Social Assistance and member of the Commission of Labor and Local Employment); head of Senior Citizen section with the Russian Federation Government’s Community Council on Guardianship Issues in the Social Sphere; member of the Expert Board with the Agency of Strategic Initiatives; member of The Council of the Federation Committee on Social Innovation Development in Territorial Entities of the Russian Federation, member of the Joint advisory board of the President Grants foundation and others.

Education: Graduated from the Moscow State University (Lomonosov MSU) in 1996.
Professional experience: 2nd-degree specialist of V/O Rosvneshtorg at the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade from 1996 to 1997.
Coordinator of the Info-Business magazine in ZAO Community-Press from 1997 to 1998.
Project coordinator in OOO Mendel Info Marketing from 1998 to 2002.
Assistant to Shakuum M.L., deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia of the 4th and 5th convocations, from 2006 to 2009.
Advisor to Shvetsova L.A., Deputy Mayor of Moscow, from 2009 to 2011.
Ms. Mukhomedzhan has been working for charity since 2011. She took the deputy director position in Alisher Usmanov’s Art, Science and Sport Foundation in December 2011. The foundation has been established to assist in arranging art, culture and sports events of public significance and implementing social and scientific awareness projects in Russia.

1997: Graduated from the Department of Journalism, Moscow State University. Over 15 years of work on TV. Participation in charity projects since 2004.1992 to 2006: Correspondent and presenter of political news programs at Ostankino TV company, TV6 and Third channels. 2006 to 2008: public relations manager at Millhouse LLC, a company belonging to Russian businessman Roman Abramovich. 2008 to 2012: presenter of political news programs at City FM radio station and Sovershenno sekretno (Top Secret) TV channel. Ekaterina first became involved in charity projects as a presenter of City news program on Third TV channel. Even prior to the foundation of Podari zhizn charity, she had organized charity events and donor drives to help children with cancer and blood diseases.
In March 2007, Podari zhizn invited Ekaterina to become a member of the board of trustees. Since 2012 she was a member of the management board and headed the public relations department of the charitable foundation. In 2018, she became its director.

Anna Yanchevskaya is an expert in communications in the IT-industry, and since September 2017 she has been heading the Sistema Charity Foundation. For ten years, Anna Yanchevskaya has been promoting Russian technology companies, for the last five years she has been responsible for strategic communications and startup promotion in venture funds such as Life.SREDA (Russia and Singapore) and Sistema_VC, which specializes in investing in growing Internet companies with potential industry leaders.
