Elena Boyko graduated from Novosibirsk State Technical University; in 2005 she completed professional retraining within the Federal Programme for the Training of Management Personnel for National Economy Organizations of the Russian Federation; in 2011 she completed the Master of Business Administration programmme at Antwerp Management School, Belgium.
Previously, she was Deputy Director of the Department of State Policy for Informational Support of the State Authorities of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, where she was responsible for the development of medical services on the State and Public Services Portal within the Unified State Health Information System (EGISZ).

Mark S. Zavadskiy was born on July 27, 1977, in Moscow.In 2003, he graduated from Institute of Asian and African Studies of Moscow State University.
In 2003-2013 Zavadskiy worked as a journalist, covering China and Asia regions. From 2003 to 2007 he held the position of Chief Hong Kong Bureau at RIA Novosti.
In 2007-2013, he worked with the Expert Weekly. From 2012 to 2013, he was Head of Asia Bureau at Russia Beyond the Headlines. In 2012-2014, Mark Zavadskiy became the founder and CEO of the consulting and PR agency at Asia To Go Limited (Hong Kong). From 2014 to 2015, he held the position of Business Development Director for Russia and CIS markets at AliExpress.In 2015-2018, he was appointed CEO for Russian office AliExpress at Alibaba.com (RU), (Alibaba Group). In April 2018 Zavadskiy was appointed Vice-President at Sberbank, responsible for strategic partnerships with leading Russian and international digital companies. Since July 2018 Mark S. Zavadskiy became a director, Sberbank group ecosystem development department(Sber X).
