Signing of agreements with:

• Corporation for Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan;
• Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation;
• Agency for regional development of Kaluga Region;
• Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region;
• Government of the Ivanovo Region and All-Russian Non-governmental Organisation “Association of Lawyers of Russia”.

The subject matter of the agreements is development of co-operation and collaboration between the parties on raising the investment appeal and export potential of the regions.

Stanislav Voskresensky

Governor of Ivanovo Region

In 1998 graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in International Economic Relations.
1995-1999 – worked on tax issues in Russian and foreign assurance firms.
1999-2004 – Financial Director for organizations involved in specialized subterranean engineering and construction.
2004-2008 – Deputy Director of the President’s Expert Commission.
2008-2012 – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
2012-2014 – Deputy Presidential Envoy to the Northwestern Federal District. He was responsible for coordinating the efforts of federal authorities in developing Kaliningrad Region.
Since August, 19, 2014 – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
He heads the Russian Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Russian-Chinese Commission on Investment Cooperation. He heads the task force on the advancement of Russia’s economic Interests in the Asia-Pacific region under the Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration.
On October 10, 2018, assumed the post of Governor of the Ivanovo Region

Vladimir Gruzdev

Chairman of the Board, Association of Lawyers of Russia

Gruzdev Vladimir Sergeyevich – Chairman of the Executive Board of the Association of lawyers of Russia (ALRF).
Born February 6, 1967 in Bolshevo, Moscow region.
Education:
1984: graduated from the Moscow Suvorov military school.
1991: graduated from the Krasnoznamenny Military institute.
2000: graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University (Law Faculty).
2003: defended his PhD thesis.
Foreign languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English.
Career:
1991-1993 served in the Foreign Intelligence Service of the RF.
1993: founded the trading company “The Seventh Continent”, where he held management positions.
2001: was elected as a deputy of the Moscow city Duma.
2003: was elected as a deputy of the State Duma of the fourth convocation.
2007: was elected as a deputy of the State Duma of the fifth convocation.
2011-2016: governor of the Tula region.
2009-2016: member of the Presidium of the ALRF.
Since 2016: Chairman of the Executive Board of the ALRF.

Alexander Stuglev

Chief Executive Officer, The Roscongress Foundation

After graduating from Ustinov Baltic State Technical University (St. Petersburg) in 1996, Alexander Stuglev began his career organizing conventions and conferences at the company Exhibitions-Seminars-Business (ESB). He was shortly appointed CEO of ESB and became one of the founders of convention and exhibition activities in Russia.
In 2006, Stuglev took over the company Restek Congress, the main contractor for the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. A year later, he became Executive Director of the SPIEF Foundation, the Forum’s operator. In 2009, Stuglev was appointed CEO of the SPIEF Foundation. In the following years, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum became the largest event of its kind in Russia with participants traditionally including heads of state, top politicians, and leaders of global business.
In December 2015, the SPIEF Foundation was renamed Roscongress Foundation and became the operator of several major convention and exhibition events in Russia, including forums in Sochi and Vladivostok as well as the Foundation’s offsite sessions abroad.
Alexander Stuglev was awarded the Medal of the Order ‘For Merit to the Fatherland’, second class, on 17 August 2017 for his contribution to preparation for and the holding of the 20th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
