Young entrepreneurs face many challenges in building their own businesses, from difficulties in attracting investment to incompetent use of marketing and management technologies. Many people resort to various educational publications and courses to find solutions to these problems. In most cases, however, acquisition of new knowledge alone is not enough and a fresh look and advice from experienced experts is needed to apply it effectively.

Timothy John

Student of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania

Timothy is a global citizen in every sense of the word. He was born in Canada;
spent his early childhood in Kenya; grew up in Singapore and later lived and
worked in Hong Kong and New York.
Timothy represented Singapore in the sport of waterpolo in international tournaments
including, The World Championships, The Commonwealth Games
and The Asian Games. Timothy also served as a Captain in the Singapore Army,
where he focused on complex operational tactics, small-unit leadership and
combat survival skills.
Graduating from Singapore Management University with a bachelor of business
management with Honors in Finance, Timothy went on to work for J.P. Morgan
and Goldman Sachs as an investment banker and most recently took on the
role as a Long/Short Equity Analyst in the Industrials team at Balyasny Asset

- Since 2017 – founder of the first Russia’s pilot project on free telehealth services for Federal Penitentiary Service.
- Starting from 2019 – private healthcare and medical services export lobbyist.
Advocates the following idea: since private healthcare is a socially oriented business, private hospitals should ban abortion and introduce social preventive work to promote pregnancy maintenance. This idea has improved birth rate (over 300 babies were born during 2017–2018 years).

Shiran is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cassiopeia, a startup that helps companies to fosters a healthier workplace by measuring, predicting and preventing offensive behavior. Prior to Cassiopeia, Shiran worked as a product manager, leading both innovative products and teams, and coaching product managers. She has managed complex strategic business efforts both in product and marketing domains. A lawyer by training, Shiran holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in law (Cum Laude). Shiran was featured in 2019 Forbes 30Under30 list.
