What should the university of the future that prepares people for real life look like?

Head of Innovations, Graduate School of Management Saint-Petersburg State University

Responsible for innovation promotion and development projects at Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg University – a leading Russian business school with global recognition. Leads projects on strategy development and business process transformation, new educational courses launch and corporate partnerships for innovations. During his working at GSOM, Alexander has launched initiatives on redesigning environment at campus, mindfulness and coaching courses, digitalization program. He also contributed to GSOM Transformation office creation as a mechanism for agile strategy development and running experiments in management, education and research.
Alexander has working experience in startup industry, large Russian headhunting company and NGOs. Graduated from MGIMO and GSOM SPbU.

Kearney, Consultant. Graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with honors (2009), participated in executive education programs in Wharton School (2019), London Business School (2018 and 2019) and Harvard Business School (2018). Member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization.

Ilya Kitanin

Head of the Preaccelerator, Internet Initiatives Development Fund

Graduated from CMC MSU.
Led the development in various companies. Implemented road transport monitoring projects in companies such as PJSC ROSSETI, PJSC Gazprom, Russian Post, PJSC TATNEFT, GC MEGAPOLIS and others.
Now guide and manage Pre-Accelerator of Internet Initiatives Development Fund. Pre-Accelerator develops the ecosystem of startup projects in Russia and collects bids in IIDF.

Denis Konanchuk

Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO

Denis Konanchuk was involved in developing and implementing programmes for the federal and regional level personnel of the Government of the Russian Federation, managers of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, reserve personnel of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, staff of the Central Bank of Russia (2003-2009).
Denis Konanchuk has been managing consulting projects in the field of education at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO since 2010. Denis was involved in implementing a strategic programme for the Northern (Arctic) Federal University; the Concept and strategic programme for the Ural Federal University, and others.
In October 2012 Denis Konanchuk headed the SKOLKOVO Education Development Centre (SEDeC). Since 2018 Denis is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs SKOLKOVO Academic Council Chairman Deputy.

Andrey Lobanov

General Director, Algorithmics

Born in Kaluga, Russia, he graduated from Moscow State University.
While studying at university, Andrey Lobanov and his friends created their own advertising agency with an annual turnover of $500,000. During this time, he also participated in a McKinsey business case competition, after which Lobanov worked at the company for almost five years.
In 2016, Andrey Lobanov decided to focus on education and modern technology. That year Algorithmics launched its first courses and a team of 130 people is currently working on this project. The company teaches 40,000 children in 115 cities in 14 countries.

Pavel Rubakhin

Head of B2C Product at Yum! Brands Central Europe, CIS & Russia. Experienced in Management Consulting and IT start-ups (Gett and Trucker Path).
Has competence in building and managing design, engineering and analytics teams. Manages product developent teams building products for 40 countries.
Graduated from Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a major in Project Management.

Irina Shubina

Head of Employer Brand Development, VK

Irina Shubina is the Head of Employer Brand Development at VK. She started her career as a project manager and researcher in the field of charitable organizations and has worked with the European Volunteer Centre in Brussels and a network of volunteer organizations in Germany.
At VK, Irina has created and is currently developing a CSR program that supports charitable infrastructure assistance organizations. She has also created event and production teams within the company. She is now responsible for IT community management, tech events and employer brand development.
