Four top grandmasters from Moscow and St. Petersburg will take part in the tournament. European men’s champion Maxim Matlakov and Russian Cup winner Kirill Alekseenko will defend the honour of the city on the Neva, while the capital will be represented by World Chess Olympiad winner Vadim Zvjaginsev and Russian national team world champion Vladimir Malakhov.
The event is open to the public. After the tournament, the grandmasters will answer questions and play chess with anyone who wants to.

Stops planned in the city during the rally include: Gazprom Arena (21:00), St. Isaac’s Cathedral (00:50), Palace Square (01:30), Field of Mars (01:55), and Senate Square (02:45).
During the stops, motorsport fans can take pictures and interact with the participants. Some of the most interesting racing equipment exponents will be exhibited at the ExpoForum on 8 June.
The festival is being organized by the Manuscript Agency with the support of the Roscongress Foundation and the Federation of Motor Sports of the Leningrad Region.
