Konstantin Malofeev

Born in 1974, Konstantin Malofeev, began his ascent in the world of corporate finance following his graduation from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1996. He has 23 years of professional experience in the fields of investments, reforming large state-owned companies and arranging debt and equity financing on global capital markets. He held a number of senior management positions in leading investment banks and private equity funds. Presently, Mr. Malofeev chairs the board of directors of «Tsargrad» group and serves as the Deputy Head of the «World Russian People’s Council», a public organization headed by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Russia. Mr. Malofeev is the founder of «Tsargrad» TV channel and the founder of «St. Basil the Great Charitable Foundation», the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of «College St. Basil the Great», founded by him in 2007. Mr. Malofeev is a member of the Patriarchal Commission on family matters and protection of motherhood, member of the board of trustees of the non-profit partnership «Safe Internet League». He also is the Head of the Russian Historical Society “Double-Headed Eagle”.

In Credit Bank of Moscow, he served as head of sector, head of division and director of financial department. In 2008 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board, since 2012 - Chairman of the Board

Mikhail Oseevskiy

Mikhail Eduardovitch Oseevskiy was born in Leningrad on November 30, 1960.

He graduated from the Kalinin Politechnical Institute (Leningradskij Politekhnicheskij Institut imeni Kalinina) in 1983 with a Degree in Electrical Engineering - Electrophysics.

He has wide experience in high-ranking posts in Russian state and business institutions.

From 1986 to 1993, he worked in the Scientific Research Institute of Electrophysical Apparatus (NIIEFA in Russian).

From 1993 to 1999, he was Deputy Director and later Director of the Stock Exchange in St. Petersburg.

From 1999, he was a Vice Chairman, and from 2003 First Vice Chairman of the Board Council of the Industrial and Construction Bank in Saint Petersburg.

From 2003 to 2011 he worked as a Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Administration.

In 2011 he was appointed Deputy-Minister of Economic Development of Russia. From July 2012 to March 2017 he worked as a Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board.

In March 2017 he was appointed President of Rostelecom.

In 2020 he was awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky

Currently M. Oseevskiy is a member of governing bodies of the following organizations: member of the supervisory board of Digital Economy Autonomous Not-for-profit Organization, T2 RTC Holding LLC, member of the board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, member of the board of directors of Votron LLC, and member of the board of trustees of Joint-stock company Non-state pension fund “Alliance”.

Mikhail Oseevskiy is Chairman of the Supervisory Council of Saint-Petersburg Higher School of Economics National Research Institute.

Andrey Filatov - CEO, SAP CIS

Andrey Filatov

Andrey Filatov has been appointed CEO of SAP CIS; he entered the office on April 15, 2019. His duties include operations management, strategic planning of the company’s activities in the region and development of a co-innovation ecosystem together with the company’s partners and customers.

Andrey Filatov graduated from the Ural State Technical University, Faculty of Radio Engineering, in 1994. His major was Automated Information and Management Systems. He has also completed the International Executive Programme at INSEAD Business School in France and Singapore.

Andrey Filatov has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. He was CEO of IBM Russia until November 2018. Previously, he had held different management positions at SAP CIS.

Philip Morris International (PMI) is leading a transformation in the tobacco industry to create a smoke-free future and ultimately replace cigarettes with smoke-free products to the benefit of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, society, the company and its shareholders.

Ashok Ram Mohan - President, Philip Morris International (PMI) affiliates in Russia and Belarus

Ashok Ram Mohan started his PMI career in 1996 as project analyst in Hong Kong, which was followed by several job positions with increasing responsibilities in the company’s finance, planning and business development department, such as General Manager in Thailand. In 2010, he was appointed PMI’s Director Reduced Risk Products in Switzerland.

In 2014-2017, he was Director Reduced Risk Products Commercialization in Japan.

October 5th, 2017 Ashok Ram Mohan was appointed President of PMI affiliates in Russia and Belarus. His efforts on the this post are focused on replacing conventional cigarettes with smoke-free products that can be a much better alternative for millions of adult smokers in the world, compared to continued smoking.

Mr. Rammohan was born in 1970 in Salem, India. In 1990, he graduated from the Anna University (Tamil Nadu, India) with a degree in industrial engineering. In 1995, he got an MBA in the Asian Institute of Management (Manila, Philippines).

Married, two children.

Andrey Guryev

Mr Guryev received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Greenwich (London) and graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He also has a candidate of economic sciences degree from the St Petersburg Mining University.

He has been with PhosAgro for 17 years and was elected as the CEO in August 2013.

Under Mr Guryev’s leadership, PhosAgro developed a long-term development strategy that enabled the Company to become the flagship of Russia’s mineral and chemical industry. 

He chairs the Russia–Argentina and Russia–Brazil Business Councils, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Fertilizer Industry Association.

He was a co-chair of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs’ Coordinating Council to Combat COVID-19 from the moment of its inception, and he took over leadership of the Council in October 2020.

The World Economic Forum named Mr Guryev a Young Global Leader in 2021 for his substantial contribution to sustainable development and to coordination of the fight against the pandemic at the level of both the Russian and global business communities. 

He was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” (second degree).
